documents stating therein that his grand son and daughter namely Vishal and Varsha son and
daughter of Shri Shiv Dayal born on 12-8-2009 and 29-10-2007 respectively at P.H.C. Patta
Mehlog, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh but their dates of birth could not be
entered in the record of Gram Panchayat Bhuagari, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal
Pradesh by the applicant.
Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person
having any objection for the registration of delayed dates of birth of Vishal and Varsha son and
daughter of Shri Shiv Dayal may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before
23-7-2013 at 10.00 A.M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
