(a) That the appointment is temporary but likely to continue/become permanent;

(b) He will be on probation for a period of two years and during the period of his
probation, his services can be terminated at any time without giving any notice.
(c) The appointment can be terminated at any time by giving one month’s notice or pay in
lieu thereof by the appointing authority without giving any reasons;
(d) Other conditions of service will be governed by the relevant rules and orders in force
from time to time;
(e) The appointment carries liability to serve in any part of India/Himachal Pradesh
including the Defence at the time of emergency;
(f) He will have to contribute compulsorily to the Contributory Pension Scheme at such
minimum rates as prescribed in H. P. Civil Services Contributory Pension Rules 2006;
(g) Private practice of any kind whatsoever is prohibited. A nonpracticing allowance as
admissible under the rules will be paid to him;
(h) If the above doctor is in regular service of State government, his pay shall be fixed as
per provision of the relevant rules and regulations in force;
(i) It shall be mandatory to become member of HPGIS. (j) The appointment is also subject
to the verification of character antecedents which will be got verified later on. In case
the character antecedents are not found satisfactory, the services shall be liable to be
terminated without giving any notice;
2. The appointment will also be further subject to the production of following
certificates/declarations;
(i)
Certificate of having only one living spouse;
(ii) Taking of an oath of allegiance/faithfulness to the Constitution of India on making a
solemn affirmation to that effect;
(iii) Certificate of fitness by the Medical Board of CMO Shimla.
3. He shall have to produce original educational qualification certificates/experience
certificates and other required documents while submitting his joining.
4. If the appointee accepts the offer of appointment on the above terms and conditions, he
should report to the Principal, Dr. RPGMC Tanda within a period of 15 days failing hich the offer
of appointment shall be treated as cancelled;
5. No travelling allowance shall be allowed for joining the appointment;
6. No extension will be given to join the assignment.
