Headquarter at Kotli, District Mandi H.P., to provide better service to the concerned people of

nearby villages and to avoid inconvenience faced by them pertaining to revenue work and to have

better administrative control.

Pradesh Taxation (on Certain Goods Carried by Road) Act, 1999 (Act No.16 of 1999), the

Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in Schedule-I appended

to the aforesaid Act, (hereinafter called the ‘said Schedule’), with immediate effect, namely:—

AMENDMENTS

In the said Schedule:—

(a)

for the existing item No. 17, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“17. Cement

Rs.7.50 per bag of 50 Kgs”, and

(b)

for the existing item No. 19, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
