No. TCP-F(5)-5/2013.—Whereas “Joginder Nagar Planning Area” has been constituted
under subsection (1) of Section-13 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977
(Act No. 12 of 1977) vide Notification No. TCP-F(5)-5/2013 Dated 14-01-2014;
And whereas existing land use map of the said Planning Area has not yet been published
under Section-15(1) of the aforesaid Act;
And whereas the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is satisfied that in the aforesaid Planning
Area, the change of land use or any building operation therein is likely to cause injurious
disturbance of the surface or any land or soil, or is considered detrimental to the preservation of the
soil, prevention of land slips or protection against erosion and is likely to make it difficult to plan
and develop the said area in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15-A of
the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor
of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to freeze the existing land use map of the “Joginder Nagar
Planning Area” for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Notification in the
Official Gazette, Himachal Pradesh.

NOTIFICATION
Shimla-2, the 14th January, 2014
No. TCP-F(5)-9/2013.—Whereas the limits of “Chopal Planning Area” has been altered
under subsection (2) of Section-13 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977
vide Notification No. TCP-F(5)-9/2013 Dated 14-01-2014;
And whereas existing land use map of the said Planning Area has not yet been published as
required under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the aforesaid Act;
And whereas the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is satisfied that in the aforesaid Planning
Area the change of land use or any building operation therein is likely to cause injurious
disturbance of the surface or any land or soil, or is considered detrimental to the preservation of
soil, prevention of land slips or protection against erosion and is likely to make it difficult to plan
and develop the said area in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15-A of
the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor
of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to freeze the existing land use map of the “Chopal Planning Area”
for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette,
Himachal Pradesh.
