created consisting of the Patwar Circles shown in column 6, below to provide better services to the
concerned people of nearby villages and to avoid inconvenience faced by them and to have the
better administrative control.

Whereas applicant Shri Raghu Ram s/o Shri Sohan Singh, r/o Village Gamdhol, P. O.
Dhawali, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh had moved an application before the
District Registrar (CMO) Mandi, District Mandi that his date of birth is 7-5-1952 but this birth
event has not been recorded in the record of Gram Panchayat Dhawali, Tehsil Sarkaghat and in
support of his contention the applicant has enclosed his affidavit alongwith the declaration made by
the two witnesses in the form of affidavits and on-availability certificate issued by the Secretary G.
P. Dhawali. The District Registrar (CMO) Mandi after obtaining the necessary permission from the
Chief Registrar (DHS) HP Shimla has referred this application for making further orders to the
local registrar after processing this application under the Act ibid and rules made thereunder.
Hence, this proclamation is hereby issued for the information of general public that if
any person has any objection for the registration of above birth event can appear in this court on
3-3-2014 either personally or through an authorized agent failing which the registration of this
birth event will be ordered accordingly.
