Shimla-2, the 14th February, 2014
No. Mudran (B)10-53/2010.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article
309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the H.P.
Public Service Commission is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal
Pradesh Printing and Stationery Department Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III
(Non-Gazetted), Non-Ministerial Services, Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2012, notified vide
Notification of even number dated 29 -12-2012 .
1. Short Title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal
Pradesh Printing and Stationery Department, Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III
(Non-Gazetted),Non-Ministerial Services, Recruitment and Promotion (Ist Amendment) Rules,
2014.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra Himachal
Pradesh.
2. Amendment of Annexure A.—In Annexure“A” to the Himachal Pradesh Printing
and Stationery Department Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III (Non-Gazetted), Non-
Ministerial Services, Rules 2012 ( herein after referred to as the said rules);
(1) In the Existing provisions against Col. No. 7 of said rules for the words and sign
''Government Press /ISO'' the words and sign ''Government Press/Indian Standard Organisation''
shall be substituted.
(2) for the existing provisions against the Col No.15-A VII (e) of said rules, the following
shall be substituted namely :—
“An official appointed on contract basis who has completed three years tenure at one
place of posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis, wherever required on
administrative grounds”.
3.
Amendment of Annexure "B".— In Annexure“B”of the said Rules, for the
existing terms and condition No. 6 following shall be substituted, namely;
“An official appointed on contract basis who has completed three years tenure at one place
of posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis whenever required on administrative
grounds”.

No. Shram (B) 2-10/98 (Estt.).—On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion
Committee and with prior consultation of H. P. Public Service Commission, the Governor,
Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to promote Sh. Subhash Pathania Statistical Assistant of the Labour
& Employment Department to the post of Law Officer, Class-II, ( Gazetted ) in the pay band of
` 10300-34800 + ` 4400/- Grade Pay ( Revised), on regular basis, with effect from the assumption
of charge of the post, in the Dte. of Labour & Employment.

stating therein that his son namely Subham Kashyap born on 21-12-2010 at his home Village

Smt Lata wife of Shri Mohan Lal, resident of Village and P. O. Kot, Tehsil Kasauli, District
Solan, Himachal Pradesh has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13 (3) of
Birth and Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating therein
that her two sons namely Parvesh and Bhupinder born on 22-9-2009 and 18-12-2008 respectively at
her home Village Kot, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh but their date of birth
could not registered in the records of Gram Panchayat Kot, Tehsil Kasauli within stipulated period.
Hence she prayed for passing necessary orders to the Secretary, Birth and Death Registration, Gram
Panchayat Kot, Tehsil Kasauli, for entering the same in the birth and death records.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person
having any objection for the registration of delayed date of birth of Parvesh and Bhupinder both
sons of Shri Mohan Lal, may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before 26-3-2014
at 10.00 A. M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
