Shimla-2, the 3rd March, 2014

No. GAD-B-(A)-1-14/2013(Solan).—Whereas, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the

opinion that it is necessary to do so that a new Sub-Tehsil Mamlig in District Solan may be created

consisting of the Patwar Circles shown in column 6, below to provide better services to the

concerned people of nearby villages and to avoid inconvenience faced by them and to have the

better administrative control.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh

Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No.
