No. EDN(TE)B(2)7/2013.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers
vested in her under Section 11(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Technical University (Establishment &
Regulation) Act, 2010 is pleased to appoint Dr. R. L. Sharma, Director-cum-Principal, Jawaharlal
Nehru Government Engineering College, Sundernagar District Mandi as Vice Chancellor of
Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh for a period of three years or
till he attains the age of 65 years which ever is earlier with immediate effect in public interest.
