College Cadre) that will fall vacant under promotional quota after 31-12-2014, the promotion
against that post(s) of such a candidates shall be governed by the provisions of the H.P. Higher
Education Regulations 2012 notified on 17th March, 2012.

"The High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Absorption and Conditions of Service etc. of Officers
and Empoyees of the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal (since
abolished), Rules, 2010 ."

Short title.—These Rules shall be called "The High Court of Himachal Pradesh
(Absorption and Conditions of Service etc. of Officers and Employees of the erstwhile
Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal (since abolished) (2nd Amendment), Rules,
2011 ."
2.
Commencement.—They shall come into force with immediate effect.
3.
Amendment.—Item No. 3 of Second Schedule annexed to the High Court of
Himachal Pradesh (Absorption and Conditions of Service etc. of Officers and Employees of
the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal (since abolished), Rules, 2010,

The above Committee shall submit its report/recommendation to the Government within
30 days from the date of issue of this notification.
