URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
NOTIFICATION
Shimla-2, the 28th October, 2014
No. UD-A(1)8/2005.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5
of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal
Pradesh is pleased to propose to include within the Municipal Council, Ghumarwin, the local areas
specified in Schedule “A”, annexed to this Notification.

If any interested person who is likely to be affected by the inclusion of the said local area
and has any objection or suggestion with regard to this Notification, he may send the same to the
Addl. Chief Secretary (Urban Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh through the
Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur within six weeks from the date of publication of the Notification in
the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
The objection or suggestion, if any, received within the above stipulated period shall be
taken into consideration by the Government before finalizing the draft notification.

No. TSM-A (3)-1/2008-III.—Whereas the draft Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development
and Registration of Tourism Trade (Amendment) Rules, 2014 was published in the Rajpatra,
Himachal Pradesh (Extra Ordinary), on 30-08-2014 vide notification No. TSM-A (3)-1/2008-III
dated 10-07-2014 for inviting objections/suggestions from the general public within a period of
thirthy days from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh as required under
section 64 of the Himachal pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act,2002 (Act No. 15
of 2002);
And whereas, no objections/ suggestions have been received during the stipulated period;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Act ibid, the
Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal
Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration of Tourism Trade Rules, 2012 , namely:-
1.
Short title.—These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development
and Registration of Tourism Trade (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
2.
Amendment of rule 10.—In rule 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development
and Registration of Tourism Trade Rules, 2012, in sub-rule (a), third proviso shall be omitted.

Shri Punish Bhaluni and Smt. Rita Devi have filed an application alongwith affidavits in
the court of undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized
their marriage on 23-11-2012 at Village Bahli, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla (H.P.) according to
Hindu rites and customs and they are living as husband and wife since then, hence their marriage
may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
