(1) of section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007 (Act No. 17 of 2007), the Governor of

Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order promotion of Sh. Munshi Sharma, Election 4200/-

Grade Pay against vacancy of Naib-Tehsildar (Election), with immediate effect.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is further pleased to order posting of aforesaid officer as

Naib-Tehsildar (Election) in the District Election Office, Shimla against vacancy.

The above officer will remain on probation for a period of two years subject to such further

extension for a period not exceeding one year as may be ordered by the competent authority in

special circumstances and reasons to be recorded in writing.

The above officer will have to exercise option for fixation of pay under the provisions of

saving clause of FR-22(1)(a)(1) within a period of one month from the date of joining as Naib-

Tehsildar (Election).
