Conditions (Chairman and Members) Rules, 1998 issued vide Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(1)-
1/98, dated 06-10-1998, namely :--
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal
Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Terms and Conditions (Chairman and Members) First
Amendment Rules, 2016.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajpatra (e-
Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
2.
Amendment of short title.—(i) In the H.P. Subordinate Services Selection Board,
Terms and Conditions (Chairman and Members) Rules, 1998, hereinafter referred to as the said
rules, --

notice and without assigning any reason.

General, H.P., H.P. Government and Legal Remembrancer and no payment will be
given for this purpose.
5. His services will be purely on tenure basis and as such he will not be entitled to any
other service benefits viz pension, gratuity and encashment of leave etc. for the period
of said appointment.
The above terms and conditions can further be revised and amended as per requirement
from time to time.
