No. PBW(B)G-(6)4/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the
Himachal Pradesh Road Infrastructure Protection Act, 2002(Act No. 20 of 2003), the Governor
of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to finalize the following road infrastructure maps in respect of
the Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department Division Karsog, Distt Mandi, under
Himachal Pradesh Public works Department, Ist Circle, Mandi for carrying out the purpose of the
act ibid and hereby publishes the same in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh/Newspaper for the
information of the General Public;
If any interested person likely to be affected by these road infrastructure maps, has
any objection(s) or suggestion(s) with regard to these maps, he may inspect the same in the
office of concerned Executive Engineer and send his objection(s) or suggestion(s) to the Addl.

Conditions for Wholesale /Retail Deale rs and Consumers.—
1.
The Wholesaler of Kinnaur District shall report to the Distt. Controller, Food, Civil
Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Kinnaur and the authorized Inspector regarding receipt
of K. Oil Tanker before proceeding on route and supply only to those authorized
Retailers, who have been specifically mentioned in the Route Chart.
2.
The Wholesale Dealer will issue PDS K. Oil only to the authorized retailer/ Fair Price
Shop/ Persons and will get signatures on the Cash Memo and sha ll keep the record
for inspection purpose.
3.
The Wholesale Dealer would make all arrangement to purchase/ lift monthly allotted
quota within the fixed period.
4.
No Retailer shall sell or offer for sale a quantity of Kerosene oil more than the
quantity so fixed by the Govt. as given below on any consumer Card at one time.
The Retailer shall obtain the signature of the recipient of the quantity in sale
register/cash Memo and issue Kerosene Oil Strictly as per the norms given be low :—

5.
Both the Wholesaler and Retailer shall not supply/sell K. Oil after the sun set till
8:00 AM and the Retailer shall not sell the K. Oil to the consumer without cash memo.
6.
Both the Wholesaler/ Retailer shall have to display the stock as well as rates at their
place of business in Dev Nagri script.
7. No Consumer Card holder shall further sell K. Oil purchased from the Fair Price
Shop against their Consumer Card.
8. The Wholesaler of K. Oil would submit monthly report of K. Oil ( as per prescribed
proforma given be low) received and supplied to the authorized Fair Price Shops/
Depot during the month along with the Cash Memo issued to the Depot Holder.

No Wholesaler/ Retailer under Public Distribution System sha ll charge more

10. The Dealer whether Wholesaler or a Retailer deals in Kerosene Oil under Public
Distribution System shall act in accordance with the provision of Kerosene (Restriction
on use and Fixation of ceiling Prices) Order, 1993 and shall also comply with the
provision of the H.P. Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2003 and
terms and conditions of the authorization issued there under and instructions given by
the State Government from time to time.

Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), the Governor of Himachal
Pradesh proposes to amend the SCHEDULES 'A' and 'B' appended to the Himachal Pradesh Value
Added Tax Act, 2005 with immediate effect;
If any interested person likely to be affected has any objection(s) or suggestions(s) with
regard to these amendments, he may send the same to the Excise & Taxation Commissioner,
Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171009 within a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this
notification;
Objection(s) or suggestion(s), if any, received within the above stipulated period shall be
taken into consideration by the Government before finalizing the same.

1.
Amendment of Schedule-A.—In Schedule-'A' appended to the Himachal Pradesh
Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (hereinafter called the "principal Act"), in part-II-'A',-
(i) for the existing entry number 66-A, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"66-A All kinds of LED Lights."; and
(ii) for the existing entry number 88, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"88. Renewable energy devices and parts thereof, except Solar Cookers and Solar
Lanterns.".
