the terms and conditions of appointment of Sh. Dinesh Kumar Thakur, Deputy Advocate General
(tenure basis), Legal Cell New Delhi shall be as under:—
1. He will be paid Retainership fee Rs.55,000/- per month.
2. He will be paid fee of Rs.5,000/- per hearing.
3. For connected case (in which the Deputy Advocate General will appear himself), he
will be paid Rs.2,000/- per case.
4. The conference fee (with the Sr. Advocate) will be Rs.5,000/-.
5. He will be paid fixed Vehicle Allowance Rs.10,000/- per month.
6. He will be whole time Government servant and will not accept any case against the
State Government.
7. His services being purely on tenure basis, can be terminated at any time without any
notice and without assigning any reason.
