the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in SCHEDULE-II
appended to the Act ibid with effect from 01.09.2016, namely:—
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE-II
In SCHEDULE-II of the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act,
2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010) in entry number 14, in clauses (a) and (b), for the figures and signs "2%"
