make the following amendments in the Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi

Vishvavidyalaya Statutes, 1988:

61^st AMENDMENT IN THE STATUTES OF THE CHAUDHARY SARWAN

KUMAR HIMACHAL PRADESH KRISHI VISHVAVIDYALAYA STATUTES, 1988.

Vide letter No. 42-22/79-GS-IV dated 22-9-2016]

Short Title : This amendment may be called CSKHPKV, Palampur Statutes, 1988 (61st

Amendment, 2016)

Amendment to Statute 4.5(3)(c) of the CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya

Statutes, 1988.

The following Amendment is made under Statute 4.5(3)(c) of the Chaudhary Sarwan

Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya Statutes, 1988:

Degree level in a relevant

subject from an Indian

University,

equivalent degree from an

ii) Besides fulfilling the

conducted by the UGC,

similar

test

accredited by the UGC

like SLET/SET.

iii) Notwithstanding

any-

thing contained in (i) and

(ii)

above,

candidates

who are, or have been

awarded a Ph. D. Degree

in accordance with the
