H.P. Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 along with an affidavit stating therein that they have
solemnized their marriage on 28-01-2016 at Sudher but has not been found entered in the records of
the Registrar of marriages i. e. Secretay, G.P. Sudher.
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration
of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the registration
of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.
Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any
objection regarding the registration of the marriage of above named applicants, then they should
appear before the court of undersigned on 30-12-2016 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 10.00 A.M.
either personally or through their authorized agent.
