7 of the Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1982, the Governor,
Himachal Pradesh is pleased to decide that H.P. State Forest Development Corporation Limited
shall purchase the forest produce from private owners for the financial year 2017-18 with increase
of 5% on the rates prescribed for the year 2016-17 vide Notification of even number dated 31st
March, 2016. The list of revised rates is enclosed as Annexure-I.
All other “terms and conditions” as prescribed in this Department’s notification referred to
above shall remain unchanged.

Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have
solemnized their marriage on 06-12-2014 at Chilgari her but has not been found entered in the
records of the Registrar of marriages i.e. Commissioner Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration
of marriages with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the
