Himachal Pradesh Essential Services (Maintenance) Act, 1972 (Act No. 5 of 1973), the Governor,

Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of the Act ibid shall apply to all the

Shimla-2, the 20^th April, 2017

No. FFE-B-A(3)-4/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41 and 42

of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (XVI of 1927), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to

make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce Transit (Land

Route) Rules, 2013, notified vide this Department Notification of even number dated

26.11.2013 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 30^th November 2013, namely :—

Short title.—These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce Transit

(Land Routes) Amendment Rules, 2017.

Amendment of Annexure-D.—In the Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce Transit

(Land Routes) Rules, 2013, in Annexure D, for Schedule - I, the following Schedule shall be

substituted, namely:—

requirement under Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

The removal and transportation of the forest produce obtained from plants species listed

in this schedule and growing on private lands shall be in accordance with the following

provisions:—

The landowner shall intimate in writing to the concerned Range Forest Officer

through the local Forest Guard of his intent to harvest produce from plant species

listed in this schedule along with estimate of yield before starting the harvest.

ii.

The Range Forest Officer may himself or through his representative inspect the land

from which such harvest is proposed and verify the yield.

iii. Range Forest Officer shall issue a letter to the landowner giving detail of forest

produce obtained from private land.

iv. The landowner shall carry this letter during transportation of the verified forest

produce.".

Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have

solemnized their marriage on 25-10-2015 at Dhari but has not been found entered in the records of

the Registrar of Marriages i.e. Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Dharamshala;

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration

of marriages with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the

registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned

authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any

objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, then they should

appear before the court of undersigned on 15-05-2017 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 10.00 A.M.
