objections
and
suggestions were invited vide Notice No. HIM/SDTP/RPB/SADA-Reckong Peo/Vol-I/2015-463-
545 dated 20th January, 2017, with respect to the Existing Land Use Map for Special Area,
Reckong Peo under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country

and the modifications have been made in the said Existing Land Use Map, wherever, required.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (3) of section 15 of the
Act ibid, Notice is given that the Existing Land Use Map for Special Area, Reckong Peo is hereby
adopted with modifications and a copy thereof is available for inspection during office hours in the

connected there with namely Rent a Motor Cycle Scheme, 1997 and for regulating the business of
renting of Motor Cabs to persons desiring to drive the Cabs for their own use and matter connected
there with namely Rent a Cab Scheme, 1989.
The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to adopt and implement the Rent a Motor Cycle
Scheme, 1997 and Rent a Cab Scheme,1989 in the State of Himachal Pradesh with immediate
effect in public interest.
