21/84 dated 5.1.1989, 6.7.1989 and 9.5.1991 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(3) of Section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1985 (12
of 1985), The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to appoint 10th day of July, 2017 as a date
when the provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the following areas, namely:—
