BILL

to authorise appropriation of certain sums out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of

Himachal Pradesh to meet out the amount spent on the certain services for the financial year 2010-

2011 in excess of the amount authorized or granted for those Services in that year.

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-EighthYear of

the Republic of India as follows:—

Short title.—This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Appropriation (Number

3)Act, 2017.

Authorization of a further sum of ` 2237,63,66,469 out of the Consolidated

Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh to meet out the certain expenditure for the financial

year 2010-2011.—From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh,

the sums specified in column (3) of the SCHEDULE amounting in the aggregate to the sum of

` 2237,63,66,469 (Two thousand two hundred thirty seven crore, sixty three lakh, sixty six

thousand, four hundred sixty nine rupees only) shall be deemed to have been authorized to be paid

and applied to meet the amount spent for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified

in column (2) of the SCHEDULE during the financial year 2010-2011 in excess of the amount

authorized or granted for those services in that year.

Appropriation.—The sums deemed to have been authorized to be paid and applied

from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh under this Act shall be

deemed to have been appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the SCHEDULE in

relation to the financial year 2010-2011.

This Bill is introduced in pursuance of clause (1) of article 204 read with article 205 of the

Constitution of India to provide for the appropriation from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the

Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act No. 22 of 2005 of GOI) the Governor,

Himachal Pradesh is pleased to designate Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar posted in the office of Land

Acquisition Office Bias Bandh Priyojna Talwara at Raja-Ka-Talab, Nurpur, Distt. Kangra as

Public Information Officer for the purpose of RTI Act and Rules made there under with respect to

the matters pertaining to the Office of the Land Acquisition Officer, Raja-Ka-Talab, Nurpur. In

case the post of Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar remain vacant, then the Supdtt. Gr.II in the O/o Dy.

Commissioner (Relief and Rehabilitation), Raja-Ka-Talab, Distt. Kangra, will look after the RTI

shall be prepared and added to the main electoral rolls. The electors included in the supplementary

list shall be given serial number next to the last serial number of the already finalised and

published electoral rolls. Even if, there is no inclusion or correction in the electoral rolls, 'Nil'

inclusion or correction as the case may be shall be shown and attached to the main electoral rolls.
