District Solan Himachal Pradesh. The Advocate appearing for the Respondent has pleaded No
Instructions on 28.10.2017.
In view of this the summons were sent on about mentioned address but these have been
received un-served with the report that the above respondent is not residing at the given address.
Thus the service of summon cannot be affected in an ordinary way.
NOW THEREFORE, this publication under order 5 Rule 20 CPC is hereby issued to the
