The Independent Quality Control Check Squad (IQCS)/Flying Squad would be established

Road Project of Public Works Department will float the tender and complete other formalities for

hiring a Consultant to establish an Independent Quality Control Check Squad (IQCS)/Flying

Squad.

The Independent Quality Control Check Squad (IQCS)/Flying Squad will inspect the

quality of all infrastructure works executed by all Departments/Boards/Corporations, local bodies

such as Municipal Corporation/Nagar Panchayats, all Universities and State deposit works etc.,

which are engaged in various construction activities for development of infrastructure in Himachal

Pradesh.
