Sh. Nanak Chand son of Shri Sidhu Ram, resident of Village Khadeen, P.O. Nayagram,
Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, H. P. has moved an application before the undersigned under section
13(3) of Births & Deaths Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating
therein that his daughter Namely Champa Devi d/o Sh. Nanak Chand death on 12-07-2007 at
Village Khadeen, P.O. Nayagram, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, H. P. but her date of death could
not be entered in the record of Gram Panchayat Banasar, Tehsil Kasauli within stipulated period.
Hence he prayed for passing necessary orders to the Registrar, Birth & Death Registration, Gram
Panchayat Banasar, Tehsil Kasauli, for entering the same in the Birth & Death records.
Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person
having any objection for the registration of delayed death of Champa Devi d/o Sh. Nanak Chand
may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before 26-04-2019 at 10.00 A.M. failing
which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
