No. Home-F (A) 3-1/2019-I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section of 9 of the Himachal Pradesh Fire Fighting Service Act, 1984 (Act No. 30 of 1984) the
Governor, Himachal Pradesh, hereby requires the owners or occupiers of the following premises
mentioned at column No. 2 which are likely to cause risk of fire, to take precautions for fire
prevention and fire safety measures namely:—

the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Government and of Private Persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the

schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-
section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);
And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the
Government or over which the Government has Proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to
the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section-29 of the
Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the Provisions of Chapter-IV of
the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as “Protected
Forests” under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

No. FFE-B-F(14)-241/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the
Government and of Private Persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the

schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-
section (3) of section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);
And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the
Government or over which the Government has Proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to
the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-29 of the
Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the Provisions of Chapter-IV of
the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as “Protected
Forests” under the provisions of sub-section (2) of section-29 of the Act ibid.

H.P. Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have
solemnized their marriage on 12-12-2018 at his residence Nagar Nigam Ward No. 15, P.O.
Khaniyara. But has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages i. e.
Secretary, G. P./MCD Dharamshala;
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration
of marriages with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the
registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned
authority.
Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any
objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, then they should
appear before the court of undersigned on 22-08-2019 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 2.00 P.M.
either personally or through their authorized agent.
In the event of their failure to do so, orders shall be passed ex-parte against the respondents
