4 & 4(A) of Section 83 of the Waqf. Act, 1955 and rule 71, 72, 73, 74 of H. P. Waqf Rule, 2017 the
Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the terms & conditions for the appointment of
Ld. Member of the H. P. Waqf. Tribunal at Dharamshals working as scug on tenure basis shall be
as under :—

Remuneration
Rs. 75,000/- per month fixed
2.
Tenure
His/her tenure of appointment is three years extendable up to
maximum of five years.
3.
Age
The minimum age of the Member is 45 years as on his
appointment and should not be beyond 58 years.
4.
Qualifications
The qualifications of Member should be Law Graduate and
having knowledge of Muslim Law, Jurisprudence. Waqf
Matters and having practising experience not less than of 20
years.
5.
Procedure
for
Selection.
As per recommendation of Selection Committee.
6.
TA/DA
He/She shall be entitled to TA/DA as admissible to Class-I
Officer of the Government.
7.
Leave
He/She will be entitled to one casual leave for each completed
month.
8.
Residential
Accommodation.
He/She shall be entitled to House Rent Allowance as per
Rules.
9.
Other
Terms
&
Conditions.
He/She shall not be practice in and Courts of Law till he/she is
Member of the State Waqf Tribunal at Dharamshala.

Municipal Corporation (Facilities to Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councilors) Bye-Laws, 1996 made
by the Municipal Corporation, Shimla in exercise of the powers conferred by sub clause (6) of
clause (I) of Section-395, read with Section-35 and sub-section (3) of Section-36 of the Himachal
Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act No. 12 of 1994) are hereby published for general
information as required under Section-397 of the said Act and shall come into force within the area
of Municipal Corporation Shimla from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra
(extra ordinary) Himachal Pradesh, namely:—
1. Short title.—These Bye-Laws may be called the Shimla Municipal Corporation

Village Ghugan Karkrana, P.O. Thanakalan, Tehsil Bangana, District Una (H.P.) (2) Mamta
Kumari age 23 years d/o Sh. Kulwant Singh, Village Dobar, P.O. Raipur Maidan, Tehsil Bangana,
District Una (H.P.) for the registration of their marriage. Hence, this proclamation is hereby issued
for the information of general public that if any person has any objection for the registration of the
above marriage, he/she can appear in this court on or before 15-08-2019 to object registration of
marriage either personally or through an authrized agent failing which marriage will be registered
under this Act, accordingly.
