pursuance to the powers under Section-17 of the Act read with section 20 of the Himachal Pradesh

General Clauses Act, 1968, the Governor. Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the powers and

duties to be exercised or discharged by the authority under Section 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16 of the Act

shall now be exercise or discharged by the Executive Engineer of Jal Shakti Vibhag, Himachal

through https://www.hpiph.org only.

No offline application for obtaining commercial/domestice water connection shall be

entertained after 31-12-2020.
