No. UD- F(2)1/2019-L.— Whereas the State Government has created certain Urban Local

Bodies in the State of Himachal Pradesh viz. Nagar Panchayat Shahpur, Nagar Panchayat Chirgaon,

Nagar Panchayat Nerwa, Nagar Panchayat Nirmand, Nagar Panchayat Anni, Nagar Panchayat

Kandaghat, Nagar Panchayat Amb which were notified vide this department notification Nos. UD-

A (3) 3/2015, dated 19-08-2020, UD-A (1)-4/2015, dated 27-10-2020, UD-A (1)-3/2015, dated

28-10-2020, UD-A (1)-2/2014, dated 28-10-2020, UDA (3)-2/2020, dated 27-10-2020, UD-A(1)-

5/2015, dated 28-10-2020, UD-A(1)2/2012, dated 27-10-2020 respectively.

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso below sub-section (2) of

Section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994) the Governor,

Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to propose the following amendments in SCHEDULE-I appended to

the Act, ibid and the same are hereby published in the Rajpatra (e-gazette) Himachal Pradesh for

information of the general public as required under the above provisions of the said Act;

If any interested person likely to be affected by these draft amendments, has any

objection(s) or suggestion(s) with regard to the proposed amendments, he/she may send the same to

the Secretary (Urban Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh within a period of 30

days from the date of publication of this draft notification in the Rajpatra (e-gazette) Himachal

Pradesh;
