The candidates shall join duty only at such place as may be directed by the Hon'ble

now been received back with the report that addressee cannot be located. The only address which is

available with this court is as has been reflected in the reference sent by the appropriate

Government. All means to serve the petitioner have failed, nor the petitioner has made any

endeavour to approach this court. It thus seems that the dispute in question has ceased to exist. It
