SRO-183.––In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989, and in
supersession of Notification SRO-332 dated 17th July, 2013 and Notification
SRO-525 dated 3rd December, 2014, the Government hereby appoint
Sh. Wasim Raja Dar, Deputy Director, Estates, Kashmir and Sh. Satish
Kumar, Deputy Director, Estates, Jammu to be the Executive Magistrates
of the First Class who shall exercise all the powers of an Executive
Magistrate of the First Class within their respective territorial jurisdiction.

SRO-184.––In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 492 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989, the
Government hereby appoint Sh. Khalid Muzaffar, Chief Prosecuting Officer
as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case FIR No. 24/2013 of Police
Station Crime Branch, Srinagar offence under sections 406, 420, 120-B
RPC, and section 5 (1) (d) and 5 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 2006
pending before the Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Srinagar.

SRO-185.––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the
Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, Samvat 1996, and in partial
modification of Notification SRO-449 dated 21st October, 2015, the
Government hereby direct that the Village Hardollian which hitherto formed
part of Tehsil Majalta, District Udhampur, shall henceforth be included in
Patwar Halqa, Karad of Niabat Sumb, Tehsil and District Samba.
