Notification No. 02 Rev. (LAJ) of 2016

Dated 25-01-2016.

Whereas, the land specifications whereof are given in Annexure “A”

to this notification, is required for public purposes i. e. for construction/

upgradation of approach road from Railway Station, Katra to SMVD

University via Nangal (Length 7.00 KM) ; and

Whereas, on the basis of the indent placed by Executive

Engineer, PWD (R&B) Division, Katra vide his No. 4091-92 dated

09-03-2011, notification under section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act was

issued by Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Reasi vide No. Col/LA/

ACR/Rsi/15/441-45 dated 03-10-2015 ; and

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Reasi reported

that the notification issued by him under section 4(1) of the J&K State

Land Acquisition Act was served upon the interested persons, for filing

objections, if any, to the proposed acquisition but no objection was received

within the stipulated period ; and

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR),

Reasi vide his letter No. Col/LA/ACR/Reasi/15/493-496 dated

21-10-2015, duly endorsed by Deputy Commissioner, Reasi vide his

No. DC/Rsi/15-16/2543-46/SQ dated 21-12-2015, Divisional Commissioner,

Jammu vide his letter No. 502/2545/Acq/Rly-SMVD/Pamote/Reasi/2015/

2535-36 dated 15-01-2016 and Financial Commissioner (Revenue), J&K

vide his No. FC-LS/LA-4441/2016 dated 19-01-2016 has been examined

and it has been found that the land owners did not file any objection to the

proposed acquisition ; and

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

Whereas, the land specifications whereof are given in Annexure “A”

to this notification, is required for public purposes i. e. for construction/

upgradation of approach road from Railway Station, Katra to SMVD

Whereas, on the basis of the indent placed by Executive

Engineer, PWD(R&B) Division, Katra notification under section 4(1)

was issued by Collector (Deputy Commissioner), Reasi vide No. DC/Rsi/

11/1767-72/SQ dated 16-11-2011 read with Corrigendum issued vide No.

Col/LA/ACR/Rsi/15/425-31 dated 03-10-2015, for land measuring 58 Kanals

18 Marlas and 05 Sirsai situated at Village Kundrorian, Tehsil Katra, District

Reasi ; and

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Reasi reported

that the notification issued by him under section 4(1) of the J&K State

Land Acquisition Act, was served upon the interested persons for filing

objections, if any, to the proposed acquisition but no objection was received

within the stipulated period as required under sections 5 & 5-A of Land

Acquisition Act ; and

Whereas, the report furnished by Deputy Commissioner, Reasi vide

his No. DC/Reasi/15-16/2551-54/SQ dated 21-12-2015, duly endorsed by

Divisional Commissiomer, Jammu vide his letter No. 502/2548/Acq/Rly-

SMVD/Kundrorian/Reasi/2016/2541-42 dated 16-01-2016 and Financial

Commissioner ((Revenue), J&K vide his No. FC-LS/LA-4443/2016 dated

19-01-2016 has been examined and it has been found that the land owners

did not file any objection to the proposed acquisition ; and

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

whereof are mentioned in Annexure “A” to this notification, is required for

public purposes i. e for construction/upgradation of approach road from

Railway Station, Katra to SMVD University via Nangal (Length 7.00 KM).

Act, (Svt.) 1990 that the aforementioned land is needed for public purpose.

Further, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), R. S. Pura is directed under

section 7 of the said Act, to take order for acquisition of the above specified

land.

However, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), R. S. Pura shall

be personally responsible for proper title verification of all types of land

involved in the case, and in respect of all the interested parties/land owners/

rightful claimants in accordance with the relevant laws/rules in force, while

additional fruit/non-fruit bearing trees and structures except already included

in two cover system (Technical and Financial Bid) are hereby invited from

original manufacturers/authorized dealers (having specific authorization from

their original manufacturer’s to quote against this tender as per format

provided in Appendix-1) for supply of Utensils as detailed in Annexure-A to

this NIT (as indicated in the detailed SBD and BoQs). The download of

NIT shall start on 06-02-2016 at 1300 hours. Tenders shall be submitted

online on J&K State e-Procurement Portal www.jktenders.gov.in before

09-04-2016 up to 1600 hours. The samples shall be submitted at Police

Central Store, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Police Central Store, Zewan,

Srinagar before closing date of submission of e-Tender. Samples received

after the prescribed date or time shall not be accepted.

The tenders (technical bids only) will be opened online on 11-04-2016

at 1100 hours at Police Headquarters, Peerbagh, Srinagar. In case of

unforeseen circumstances, the date of opening will be next working day.
