Whereas, the period decided by the Director of Agriculture, Jammu
at his own level has not been settled as per law/policy and needs a
review ; and
Whereas, the matter has been examined in the Administrative
Department in terms of Government Order No. 337-Agri. of 2012
dated 13-12-2012/Leave Rules in vogue at the relevant point of time and
it has been felt that the settlement of overstayal period ordered by the
Director, Agriculture, Jammu in the above cases needs a review as these
have not been settled in accordance with rules/policy as contained in
Government Order No. 337-Agri. of 2012 dated 13-12-2012.
