Whereas, on the basis of an indent placed by Executive Engineer,

PMGSY Division, Budhal vide No. 435-38 dated 13-06-2013 a notification

under section 4 (1) was issued by Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Rajouri

vide No. AC/LA/1178-80 dated 10-12-2013 for land measuring 03 Kanals

and 16 Marlas situated in Village “Leeran”, Tehsil Darhal, District

Rajouri ;

Whereas, the District Collector (DC), Rajouri vide No. AC/LA/

357-58 dated 11-11-2016 has reported that the notification issued under

section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act by Collector, Land

Acquisition (ACR), Rajouri was served upon the interested persons for

filing objections, if any, to the proposed acquisition but no objection was

received within the prescribed time period as required under sections

5&5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by District Collector (DC), Rajouri

vide No. referred above has been examined and it has been found

that interested persons did not file any objection to the proposed

acquisition ; and

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

whereof are given above is required for public purpose viz.

for construction of road from Ujhan to Leeran in Village Leeran,

Tehsil Darhal, District Rajouri under PMGSY ;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 6 of the J&K State

Land Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, it is declared that land measuring

03 Kanals and 16 Marlas situated in Village “Leeran”, Tehsil Darhal,

District Rajouri particulars whereof is given above is required for public

purpose viz. for construction of road from Ujhan to Leeran in Village

Leeran under PMGSY. Further, the Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR),

Rajouri is directed under section 7 of the said Act to take order for

acquisition of the said land after giving prescribed notice to the interested

person(s) as required under the Land Acquisition Act/Rules.

issued by Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Chenani vide No. 383-90/

SDM/C/2015-16 dated 20-08-2016 for land measuring 102 Kanals

and 15 Marlas situated in Village “Pachote”, Tehsil Chenani, District

Udhampur ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Chenani vide

No. 857/SDM/C/2015-16 dated 09-02-2016 has reported that the notification

issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act by

him was served upon the interested persons for filing objections, if any, to

the proposed acquisition but no objection was received from the land

owners/interested persons in the prescribed time period as required under

sections 5&5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

has been examined and it has been found that the land owners did not file

any objection to the proposed acquisition ; and

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

whereof are mentioned in “Annexure-A” to this notification, is required

for public purpose viz. for construction of road from Ther to Pachote

under PMGSY.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 6 of the J&K State

Land Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, it is declared that land measuring

102 Kanals and 15 Marlas, situated in Village “Dandota”, Tehsil Panchari,

District Udhampur particulars whereof are given in “Annexure-A” to this

notification is required for public purpose viz. for construction of road

from Ther to Pachote under PMGSY. Further, the Collector, Land

Acquisition (SDM), Chenani is directed under section 7 of the said

Act to take order for acquisition of the said land after giving prescribed

notice to the interested person(s) as required under the Land

Acquisition Act/Rules.

However, the Collector concerned shall be personally responsible

23-12-2016 for land measuring 283 Kanals and 08 Marlas situated in Village

Karloop, Tehsil Marh, District Jammu ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM, Marh), Jammu

vide No. SDM/M/LH/Road-Ring/2016-17/656-57 dated 10-01-2017

has reported that the notification issued under section 4(1) of the J&K

State Land Acquisition Act by him was served upon the interested

persons for filing objections, if any, to the proposed acquisition but

no objection was received from the land owners/interested persons within

the prescribed period as required under sections 5 & 5-A of the Land

Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition

(SDM, Marh), Jammu vide above referred letter duly endorsed by

District Collector (DC), Jammu vide No. DCJ/LAR-R-NHAI/Karloop/J/

2016-17/1413-15 dated 20-01-2017 and Divisional Commissioner, Jammu

vide his No. 502/2807/Acq/R-R-NHAI, Marh/J/17/2895-98 dated

30-01-2017 has been examined and it has been found that the land owners

did not file any objection to the proposed acquisition ; and

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

whereof are given is required for public purposes viz. for construction of

a Ring Road by NHAI in Village Karloop, Tehsil Marh, District Jammu.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 6 of the J&K State Land

Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, it is declared that land measuring

283 Kanals and 08 Marlas situated in Village “Karloop”, Tehsil Marh,

District Jammu particulars whereof are given in “Annexure-A” is required

credit ledger.

Explanation :––For the purposes of this notification, the expression–

(i)

“Registered persons” means the persons required to

file return under sub-section (1) of section 39 of the

said Act ;

(ii)

“tax payable under the said Act” means the difference

between the tax payable for the month of July, 2017

as detailed in the return furnished in FORM

GSTR-3B and the amount of input tax credit entitled

to for the month of July, 2017 under Chapter V and

section 140 of the said Act read with the rules made

thereunder.

This notification shall cone into force with effect from the

17th day of August, 2017.

R/o H. No. 282, Ward No. 3, Krishna Colony, Kathua (J&K) have

joined the firm on 14-06-2017 and (1) Sh. Angrez Singh S/o Sh. Ramelo

Ram R/o Ward No. 14, Ram Nagar Colony, Opp. Chenab Textile Mills,

Kathua, Tehsil and District Kathua has ceased the firm w. e. f.

14-06-2017. Before the changes are recorded the posting register of

the Registrar of Firm, any person/persons having any objections, shall

file the same within 15 days from the publication of this notice in the

office of Registrar of Societies/Firm, Directorate of Industries and

Government vide Notification No. 79-Rev. (LAJ) of 2017 dated 23-02-2017

issued under endorsement No. Rev./LAJ/269/2016 dated 23-02-2017 and

its possession is likely to be taken over.

Therefore, the owners/interested persons and the Indenting

Departments are hereby called upon to attend this office either in person or

through an authorized agent within 15 days from the date of publication of

this notice to state the nature of their respective interests in the land and the

compensation and their objections, if any, to the measurements of the land.
