Whereas, on the basis of an indent placed by Director, Horticulture

(P&M), J&K vide No. DHPM/701/2017/2667-68 dated 26–08–2017, a

notification under section 4 (1) was issued by Collector, Land Acquisition

(ACR), Poonch vide No. 1932-42 dated 18-12-2012 for land measuring 09

Marlas and 07 Sirsai, situated in Village Kankote, Tehsil Haveli, District

Poonch ;

Whereas, the District Collector (DC), Poonch vide No. DCP/LA/

1211 dated 21-11-2017 has reported that the notification issued under section

4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act was served upon the interested

persons for filing objections, if any, to the proposed acquisition, but no

objection was received from the land owners/interested persons in the

prescribed time period as required under sections 5 & 5-A of the Land

Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by District Collector (DC), Poonch

vide number referred to above has been examined and it has been found

that the land owners did not file any objection to the proposed acquisition ;

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

whereof are given in above is required for public purpose viz. for

construction of Ist Gate and Chowkidara Hut of Fruit and Vegetable Market

in Village Kankote, Tehsil Haveli, District Poonch under Horticulture (P&M)

Department.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 6 of the J&K State

Land Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, it is declared that the land

measuring 09 Marlas and 07 Sirsai, situated in Village Kankote, Tehsil Haveli,

District Poonch, particulars whereof are given above is required for public

purposes viz. for construction of Ist Gate and Chowkidara Hut of Fruit

and Vegetable Market in Village Kankote, Tehsil Haveli, District Poonch

under Horticulture (P&M) Department. Further, the Collector, Land

Acquisition (ACR), Poonch is directed under section 7 of the said Act to

take orders for acquisition of the said land after giving prescribed notice

to the interested person(s) as required under the Land Acquisition Act/

rules.

However, the Collector concerned shall be personally responsible

for identification and proper title verification of all types of land involved

in the case and apportionment of compensation amongst all the

Chachwah, Tehsil Gool, District Ramban ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Gool vide No. SDM/

G/PMGSY/45 dated 07-05-2018 has reported that the notification issued

under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act by him was

served upon the interested persons for filing objections, if any, to the proposed

acquisition, but no objection was received from the land owners/interested

persons in the prescribed time period as required under sections 5 & 5-A of

the Land Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM),

Gool vide above referred letter duly endorsed by District Collector (DC),

Ramban vide No. DC/LA/Rbn/56 dated 18–07–2018 has been examined

and it has been found that the land owners did not filed any objection to the

proposed acquisition ; and

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

given in “Annexure–A” is required for public purpose viz. for construction

Gool, District Ramban, particulars whereof are given at “Annexure–A”

is required for public purposes viz. for construction of Kanthamorh to

Mahakund road under PMGSY situated in Village Chachwah, Tehsil Gool,

District Ramban. Further, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Gool is

directed under section 7 of the said Act to take orders for acquisition of

the said land after giving prescribed notice to the interested person(s) as

required under the Land Acquisition Act/rules.

Further, in pursuance of section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, Samvat

1990, it is also ordered that on expiry of fifteen days from the publication of

the notification under Section 9 (2) of the said Act, the Collector will take

possession of the aforementioned land in Village Chachwah, Tehsil Gool,

District Ramban, required for public purposes, subject to the fulfillment of

the conditions prescribed under Section 9(2) and Section 17-A of the Land

Acquisition Act and Rule 63 of the Land Acquisition Rules.

However, the Collector concerned shall be personally responsible

for identification and proper title verification of all types of land involved

in the case for making apportionment of compensation amongst all the

interested persons/rightful claimants in accordance with the relevant

laws/rules in force, while making the award.

Whereas, on the basis of an indent placed by Inspector General

HQ, Jammu FTR BSF vide No. Engg/BF/135/FTR/J/2013/636-37 dated

07–01–2013, a notification under section 4 (1) was issued by Collector,

Feet/JMU/P-976/13 dated 04-02-2014 for land measuring 153 Kanals

Whereas notification under sections 6 &7 of Land Acquisition

Act was issued by Financial Commissioner, Revenue vide No. 02/FC of

2015 dated 12–06–2015. However, Administrative Department vide

SRO-25 of 2016 dated 28–01–2016 directed all subordinate offices to furnish

all the land acquisition cases for issuance of notification under sections

6 & 7 of Land Acquisition Act to the Administative Department ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Marh vide

No. SDM/M/2018-19/Land Acq./Border Fencing/40 dated 11-06-2018 has

reported that the notification issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State

Land Acquisition Act was served upon the interested persons for filing

objections, if any, to the proposed acquisition, but Collector, Land Acquisition

(SDM), Marh vide his letter No. SDM/M/Land Acq/BSF 135 Feet/

2015-16/926 dated 15–03–2016 (Draft Award) has reported that no

objection was received from the land owners/interested persons in the

prescribed time period as required under sections 5 & 5-A of the Land

Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM),

Marh vide No. referred to above duly endorsed by Deputy Commissioner,

Jammu vide No. DCJ/LA/135-ft-Panjour/6&7/2018-19/523-25 dated

23-06-2018 and by Divisional Commissioner, Jammu vide No. 502/2169/

No. SDM/C/LA/2017/66-69 dated 18-06-2018 has reported that the

notification issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition

Act was served upon the interested persons for filing objections, if any, to

the proposed acquisition, but no objection was received from the land

owners/interested persons in the prescribed time period as required under

sections 5 & 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the

Government of J&K intends to take possession of land measuring

157 Kanals 04 Marlas at Village Seri, Tehsil and District Ramban

for construction of Seri-Sincha road as per particulars appended to

this notice for which Notification No. 338-Rev(LAJ) of 2018 dated

25-07-2018 has been issued by the Commissioner/Secretary to

Government, Revenue Department vide endorsement No. Rev/LAJ/

289/2018 dated 25-07-2018 under sections 6, 7 and 17 of the Land

Acquisition Act, (Svt.) 1990 for acquiring of land.

Now, before taking over the poossession of land and payment of compensation, all the interested persons

are called upon to appear before the undersigned on 11-09-2018 at 11.00 A. M. at DC Complex, Ramban

and state the nature of their respective interests in the land, the amount and particulares of their claims

to compensation for such interests, and their objections (if any) to the quantum and measurement of land.

It is required that all such claims and objections are made in writing.

Executive Engineer, PMGSY Division, Ramban (Indenting Department) is also hereby called upon to

appear before the undersigned either in person or through his authorized representative on above said date,

time and venue to putforth his objection, if any, to the measurement made and to the amount of the tentative

compensation that may be assessed.

It may be taken into notice by all that no claim or objection whatsoever will be entertained after above

said date.

Rules, 2017 for the month of October, 2017, was submitted

but not filed on the common portal, after generation of the

application reference number ;

(ii) the registered persons who have filed the return in

FORM GSTR-4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods

and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the period October to

December, 2017 by the due date but late fee was erroneously

levied on the common portal ;

(iii) the Input Service Distributors who have paid the late fee for

filing or submission of the return in FORM GSTR-6 of the

Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017

for any tax period between the 1st day of January, 2018 and

the 23rd day of January, 2018.

SRO-439.––In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of

section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Permanent Resident

Certificate (Procedure) Act, 1963 (Act No. XIII of 1963) and in

supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf,

the Government hereby appoints Shri Subash Chander Dogra, KAS,

Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jammu South, to be the competent authority

for the purposes of the said Act within the territorial jurisdiction of

Tehsils Jammu South, Bahu, Mandal, Bishnah and Arnia of District

Jammu.
