parties at Srinagar, well in time. The S. S. P, Security, Civil

Secretariat shall furnish a list of defaulting departments in

this regard to the Government (General Administration

Department) at Srinagar.

J&K SRTC shall make available sufficient number of buses

in good condition for transportation of Srinagar based

employees on 27th & 28th April, 2019 and Jammu based

employees on 4th & 5th May, 2019. The booking of buses shall

be to the destination of the employees, wherever feasible.

Tickets shall be issued by the SRTC in advance i. e. from 18th

April, 2019, both from the Civil Secretariat as well as from

the main booking counters of SRTC. Inspector General of

Police (Traffic) will coordinate movement of convoys on these

dates.

J&K SRTC shall also make available trucks for shifting the

records from Jammu to Srinagar. The trucks shall be

requisitioned by the departments from SRTC and the

departments shall draw advance for meeting carriage and

packaging charges. The trucks shall be allowed to enter the

Secretariat premises, Jammu on 27th April, 2019. Loading

of trucks shall commence on the day following the last

working day. Loading of records in the offices located

outside the Secretariat premises observing six-days week shall

take place after the working hours on the last working day.

The loaded trucks shall leave for Srinagar on 28th April, 2018,

in a convoy.

S. S. P. (Security), Jammu will supervise the packing/loading

of records of the offices located outside the Secretariat

from the security point of view and issue clearance

certificates to the Drivers who, in turn, shall show them to the

S. S. P. (Security), Civil Secretariat to allow them to be

included in the convoy. The S. S. P. (Security). Civil

Secretariat shall ensure entry of trucks/records in the Civil

Secretariat, Jarnmu/Srinagar after proper scrutiny.

J&K SRTC shall ensure that one crane, two empty buses and

two empty trucks accompany the convoy on the respective

days so that tne employees do not face inconvenience due to

any break down of buses/trucks on the way. Mobile

workshop(s) shall also accompany the convoy.

J&K Police shall escort the convoy carrying employees and

the ‘Records Convoy’ all along the route up to their respective

destinations besides also ensuring that the move convoy is

given precedence in crossing the Chenani-Nashri Tunnel

and the Jawahar Tunnel. The Director General of Police will

issue necessary guidelines to the field agencies accordingly.

arrangements for medical aid facilities at Jhajjarkotli, Udhampur,

Chanderkote, Ramsu, Banihal and Qazigund on the days when

the employees travel from Jammu to Srinagar. The Principal

Corrigendum

In light of the report of Tehsildar, Ganderbal vide No. 828/OQ/

TG/Gbl dated 23-01-2019, the following changes have come up in

revenue records. As such please read quantum of land and Khasra

Nos. shown in Table “B” instead of earlier shown in Table “A” notified

earlier under section 4(1) of Land Acquisition Act vide No. DCG/LAS/

17/1177-87 dated 13-10-2017.

And whereas, as per the provisions of Section 126A of the

Representation of the People Act, 1951 (in short R.P. Act. 1951) there shall

be restrictions on conduct of any exit poll and publication and dissemination

of result of such exit poll during such period as may be notified by the

Election Commission in this regard ;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1)

of section 126A of the R.P. Act, 1951 the Election Commission having

regard to the provisions of Sub-section (2) of the said Section, hereby notifies

the period between 7 : 00 A.M. on 11th April, 2019 (Thursday) and 6.30

P.M. on 19th May, 2019 (Sunday) as the period during which conducting

any exit poll and publishing or publicizing by means of the print or electronic

media or dissemination in any other manner whatsoever, the result of any

exit poll in connection with the current General Elections to the House of

the People, 2019, and the State Legislative Assemblies of Andhra Pradesh,

Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha & Sikkim, 2019, and bye-elections from

assembly constituencies announced vide Press notes referred to above, to

be held simultaneously with the General Election to Lok Sabha, shall be

prohibited.

It is further clarified that under Section 126 (1) (b) of the R.P.Act.

1951, displaying any election matter including results of any opinion poll or

any other poll survey, in any electronic media would be prohibited during

the period of 48 hours ending with the hours fixed for conclusion of poll in

the respective polling areas in connection with aforesaid General Elections

and bye-elections.
