Whereas, on the basis of indent placed by Executive Engineer,

Irrigation Division, Kathua, a notification under section 4 (1) was issued

by the Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Kathua vide letter No. DCK/

LA/ACR/2014-15/627-33 dated 12-07-2014 read with corrigendum dated

26-09-2014 for land measuring 07 Kanals 19 Marlas situated at Village

Narolian, Tehsil Nagri Parole and District Kathua for construction of

Irrigation Distributary ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Kathua, vide letter

No. DCK/ACR/LA/2019-20/61 dated 19-10-2019 has reported that the

notification issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition

Act by him was served upon the interested persons for filing objections,

if any, to the proposed acquisition, but no objection was received from the

land owners/interested persons within the prescribed period as required

under sections 5 & 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR),

Kathua, vide letter referred to above duly endorsed by District Collector,

Land Acquisition (DC), Kathua vide No. DCK/LA/2019-20/1319-22 dated

24-10-2019, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu vide No. 502/4000/Narolian/

Nagri Parole/Kathua/19/4094 dated 26-12-2019 and Financial

Commissioner, Revenue, J&K, Jammu vide No. FC-LS/LA-5150/2020

dated 06-03-2020 has been examined and it has been found that the land

owners did not file any objection to the proposed acquisition ;

Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the land particulars

whereof are given above is required for public purpose viz. for construction

of Irrigation Distributary.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 6 of the J&K State Land

Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, it is declared that the land measuring

07 Kanals 19 Marlas situated at Village Narolian, Tehsil Nagri Parole and

District Kathua for construction of Irrigation Distributary. Further, the

Collector, Land Acquisition (ACR), Kathua is directed under section 7 of

the said Act to take orders for acquisition of the said land after giving

prescribed notice to the interested person (s) as required under the Land

Acquisition Act/rules.

Whereas on the basis of indent placed by Chief Engineer, PMGSY,

JKRRDA, Jammu, a notification under section 4 (1) was issued by

Collector, Land Acquisition (ADC), Billawar vide No. ADC/B/2017-18/

1557-65 dated 28-02-2018 for land measuring 38 Kanals 17 Marlas situated

in Village Lahri, Tehsil Lohai Malhar and District Kathua for construction

of L027-Kadetar to Baggan Phase-X, PKG No. JK0784 road under

PMGSY ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (ADC), Billawar vide

No. ADC/Blr/2018-19/473 dated 12-05-2018 has reported that the

notification issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition

Act by him was served upon the interested persons for filing objections,

if any, to the proposed acquisition, but no objection was received from the

Upper Pattangarh by PMGSY, in Village Chapper, Tehsil Latti-Marothi,

District Udhampur ;

Whereas, on the basis of indent placed by the Executive Engineer,

PMGSY Division, Ramnagar, a notification under section 4 (1) was issued

by the Collector, Land Acquisition, SDM, Dudu vide letter No. LA/SDM/

D/73-81 dated 12-06-2019, for land measuring 54 Kanals, 03 Marlas,

situated in Village Chapper, Tehsil Latti-Marothi, District Udhampur ;

Whereas, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Dudu, vide letter

No. LA/SDM/D/93 dated 01-07-2019, has reported that the notification

issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act by him

was served upon the interested persons for filing objections, if any, to the

proposed acquisition, but, no objection was received from the land owners/

interested persons within the prescribed period as required under

sections 5 and 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM),

Dudu vide letter referred to above duly endorsed by the District Collector

(DC), Udhampur vide No. LA/DCU/1654-54 dated 27-09-2019 duly

endorsed by the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu vide No. 502/3739/

the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K, Jammu vide No. FC-LS/LA-

No. Acq/Gen/19/761-64 dated 05-10-2019, has reported that the notification

issued under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act by him

was served upon the interested persons for filing objections, if any, to the

proposed acquisition, but, no objection was received from the land owners/

interested persons within the prescribed period as required under

sections 5 & 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

under sections 5 & 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act ;

Whereas, the report furnished by Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM),

Chhatroo vide letter referred to above duly endorsed by District Collector,

Land Acquisition (DC), Kishtwar vide No. DCK/LA/2019/760-64 dated

22-10-2019, duly endorsed by Divisional Commissioner, Jammu vide
