at Annnexure-‘‘A’’ at Village and Tehsil Pantha Chowk, District
Srinagar in favour of Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board (SASB)
under the J&K Land Grant Act, 1960 and Rules made thereunder
on lease basis for a period of 40 years (Further extendable) on
payment of ground rent @ Rs. 10/-(Rupees ten only) per Kanal
per annum without charge of any premium for the purpose of
construction of Yatri Niwas and allied facilities including parking
spaces, STP, Borewell, Langers, Meditation, Yoga and Prayer
Centre, outdoor sanitation facilities etc. The land shall be used
only for the purpose it is granted and all necessary permissions
including the land usage as required for its construction may be
obtained from the competent authority. Deputy Commissioner,
Srinagar shall sign the lease agreement on behalf of the Government.

This notification is made under the provisions of Section 11(1)
of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land
Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) to
all whom it may concern.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector,
Land Acquisition, SDM, Marwah on any working day during the working
hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize Officers of Indenting
Department and his staff to enter upon and survey land, take levels
of any land dig and bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required
for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in
Section 12 of the said Act.
Under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any
transaction or cause any transaction of land i. e., sale/purchase etc.,
or create any encumbrance on such land from the date of publication
of such notification without prior approval of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the persons
interested within 60 (Sixty Days) from the date of publication of this
notification as provided under Section 15 of the Act before the
Collector.

opinion that accused No 1 has absconded and there is no immediate
prospect of his arrest So, he is also declared as absconder and
proceedings under sections 512 Cr. PC are also inititated against him.
Office shall issue General Arrest Warrants against the accused
No. 1 Deepak Kumar S/o Lt. Kishan Lal R/o Gali No. 2, Krishna
Nagar, Kot Khalsa, Tehsil and District Amritsar, Punjab and
forward the same to the authorities concerned i. e. Sr. Superintendent
of Police, Jammu and SHO P/S Gangyal, Jammu for execution/

Whereas, prevention of cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 read with
Transport of Animals Welfare Rules, 1978, Transport of animals on
foot (Amendment) Rules, 2001 requires to take all preventive measures
as per the provisions of acts and rules referred above for implementation
of animal welfare laws and to take stringent action against the offenders
violating animal welfare laws.

the Bovine Animals especially Cow which is treated as sacred animal

Buffalo, Oxen, Bulls, Calves etc. be transported from District Jammu

OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, SHOPIAN.
Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (66) of the
Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000, the Municipal Council,
Shopian hereby notifies to impose and recover Trade Tax for the items
classified under clause (i) to clause (xvi) of Sub-Section (1) of Section
(66) of the Act, as per the schedule Annexed with the notification.

Whereas, under Section 70(2) of Municipal Act, 2000, the Council
is supposed to publish a notice for the information of the inhabitants
Business establishments/Hoteliers/service providers Council of the
Shopian Town ;
Whereas, the inhabitants of the Shopian Town have right to file
objections,if any, in writing within (30) days from the date of publication
of this notice under Section 70(3) of Municipal Act 2000.
Now, this notification is issued today on 27th day of September,
2023 under the seal and signature of the under signed along with the
proposed schedule of Tax inviting objections from the inhabitants
Business establishments/Hoteliers/service providers of the Shopian
Town to be filled in writing in the Office of the Municipal Council,
Shopian within (30) Days from the publication of this notification. In
case no such objection is received within the above specified period,
the schedule of Taxes shall be effective after one week from the date
of expiry of time limit for filling of objections.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section (66) of the
Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000, the Municipal Committee
Bijbehara hereby notifies to impose and recover Trade Tax for the items
classified under clause(i)to clause(xvi)of Sub-Section(1) of section (66)
of the Act, as per the schedule Annexed with the notification

Whereas, under section 70(2)of Municipal Act, 2000, the Council
is supposed to publish a notice for the information of the inhabitants
Business establishments/Hoteliers/Service Providers/Service providers
of the Bijbehara Town ;
Whereas, the inhabitants of the Bijbehara Town have right to file
objections,if any, in writing within (30) days from the date of publication
of this notices under section 70 (3) of Municipal Act, 2000.
Now this notification is issued today on 3rd day of November,
2023 under the seal and signature of the undersigned along with the
proposed schdule of Tax inviting objections from the inhabitants
Business establishments/Hoteliers/service providers of the Bijbehara
Town to be filled in writing in the Office of the Municipal Committee
Bijbehara within (30) days from the publication of this notification in
case no such objection is received within the above specified period,
the schedule of Taxes shall be effective after one week from the date
of expiry of time limt for filing of objections.
