Whereas, in the above said case titled, the accused namely 1.
Parveez Ahmed S/o Abdul Rashid R/o Malipath Tehsil and District
Kishtwar 2. Farooq Ahmed S/o Mohd Sharif R/o Thalroon Tehsil
Gandoh District Doda (J&K) who are facing trial before this Court
have absconded and their immediate arrest in the near future is not
possible and the bail bonds and the personal bonds stand forfeited.
As such the general warrants of arrest under section 299 Cr. P.C.
are issued against the above named accused. This is to authorize you
to arrest the accused wherever they are found and produce the accused
before the Court. The general warrant of arrest shall remain in existence
till the accused are arrested and the warrants are recalled by the Court.

of India has decided to update its Notification No.56/2023/PPS-II (FS),
dated 15th May, 2023, as amended from time to time, specifying the list of
