Dated 12-02-2024.
It is hereby notified for information of all concerned employees
that submission of property returns for the year 2023 by the defaulting

employees shall be allowed through online mode on the Property Return
System (PRS Portal) for a period of 05 days w. e. f. 13-06-2024 to 17-06-
2024.
All employees who have registered themselves on the Portal but not
submitted their property returns shall submit the same, besides, unregistered
employees shall get themselves registered on the portal and submit their
property returns during the stipulated period.
In case employees face issues related to OTP, they shall update their
current mobile numbers and email IDs on CPIS portal. Drawing and
Disbursing Officers (DDOs) shall ensure necessary facilitation in this regard.
In case of any other issue/technical support, employees shall forward their
concerns on [email protected] for speedy redressal.
It is further enjoined upon all the Controlling Officers/DDOs of all the
departments to submit the action taken report w.r.t, employees who have
not registered themselves on the PRS Portal/non-submission of Property
Return including their CPIS Numbers, to General Administration
Department, within a week's time after the expiry of the extension period.

to be protected systems for the purpose of the said Act, and authorizes

SO–108.—Whereas, on 21-09-2023, a reliable information was
received by the Police Station, Litter, to the effect that one person
identified as Ashiq Bashir Khan S/o Bashir Ahmad Khan R/o Khan
Mohalla, Niloora, Pulwama, had uploaded a video of terrorists of TRF,
a banned outfit, on social media in order to provoke/instigate the general
public against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India ; and

2. Whereas, based on the above a case FIR No. 98/2023 under
section 505 (1) (b), IPC, 66F IT Act and the Sections 13, 16 and 39
of ULA(P) Act, was registered in the Police Station, Litter, and the
investigation, of case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the
investigation, the offences under Section 66F IT Act and 16 of ULA(P)
Act were dropped from the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the investigation, the seizure memos were
prepared and the statement of witnesses acquainted with the facts and
circumstances of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions
of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, the accused viz. Ashiq
Bashir Khan, was arrested in the case and some incriminatory material
was seized at his instance ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Ashiq Bashir Khan, was working as Over Ground Worker
(OGW) for the terrorists of TRF, a banned outfit, and was providing
logistic support to them, besides on the date of occurrence uploaded
a video of terrorist viz. Uzair Khan, on the social media in order to
provoke/instigate the general public against the sovereignty and
territorial integrity of India ; and
6. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statement of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown
against his name :—

7. Whereas, the Authority appointed by the Government under
Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention)
Act, 1967, has independently examined the Case Diary File and all
the other relevant documents relating to the case and has come to
the conclusion that a prima facie case is made out against the above
accused ; and
8. Whereas, after perusing the Case Diary, File, the relevant
documents and also taking into consideration the views of the Authority
appointed under Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967, the Government is of the view that there is
sufficient material and evidence available against the above mentioned
accused for his prosecution under the provisions of law.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section
(2) of Section 45 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, the
Government hereby accord sanction for launching prosecution against
the accused viz. Ashiq Bashir Khan for the commission of offence
punishable under Sections 13 and 39 of ULA(P) Act, arising out of
FIR No. 98/2023 of Police Station, Litter.

inmates lodged in the Central Jail, Srinagar, set ablaze some barracks
and raised anti-national slogans against the sovereignty and territorial
integrity of India, besides pelted stones upon the Jail staff, with the
intention to cause damage to them ; and

2. Whereas, based on the above a case FIR No. 19/2019 under
Sections 336, 436 RPC and the Section 13 of ULA(P) Act, was
registered in the Police Station, Rainawari, and the investigation, of the

Ahmad Sheikh, Sameer Ahmad Khan, Imran Khan and Imran Aslam
Baba, were arrested in the case and the accused viz. Zia Mustafa, has
been killed in an encounter with the Security Forces and the proceedings
under the law would abate against him ; and
6. Whereas, the accused viz. Ishfaq Ahmad Bhat, Asif Sultan,
Zubair Shabir Bhat, Eycon Parveez, Mohd Khalil Najar, Ali Mohammad
Lone @ Advocate Zahid, Faisal Manzoor Khan @ Bali, Tauseef Ahmad
Shah, Feroze Ahmad Dar, Dawood Fayaz Zargar, Basit Ashraf Malik,
Sheikh Khalid Rasool, Urooj Afaq Bhat, Arsalan Ahmad Bangree, Adil
Siraj Misgar, Danish Ayub Budoo, Moin Ahmad Matoo, Iqbal Ahmad
Khan, Imran Nabi Wani, Mushtaq Ahmad Ganie, and Juwaiz Hussain
Khan, are lodged in the different jails outside the UT of J&K, and are
yet to be arrested in the case. The investigation, in respect of the said
accused shall continue and the supplementary chargesheet against them
would be filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction ; and
7. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that on the
date of occurrence the accused viz. Arif Ahmad Sheikh, Sameer Ahmad
Khan, Imran Khan and Imran Aslam Baba, raised anti-national slogans
against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India, besides, pelted
stolne upon the jail staff in order to cause damage to them ; and
8. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown

9. Whereas, the Authority appointed by the Government under
Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention)
Act, 1967, has independently examined the Case Diary File and all the
other relevant documents relating to the case and has come to the
conclusion that a prima facie case is made out against the above
accused ; and
10. Whereas, after perusing the Case Diary File, the relevant
documents and also taking into consideration the views of the Authority
appointed under Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967, the Government is of the view that there is
sufficient material and evidence available against the above-mentioned
accused for his prosecution under the provisions of law.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-
Section (2) of Section 45 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act,
1967, the Government hereby accord sanction for launching prosecution
against the accused viz. Arif Ahmad Sheikh, Sameer Ahmad Khan,
Imran Khan and Imran Aslam Baba, for the commission of offence
punishable under Sections 13 of ULA(P) Act, arising out of FIR
No. 19/2019 of Police Station, Rainawari.

SO–110.—Whereas, vide notification SRO-260 dated 09th of
September, 2008, Ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu
was appointed as an ex officio arbitrator for making an award in respect
of land measuring 110 Kanals and 14 Marlas, situated at Village Deeli,
Tehsil and District Jammu ; and

Whereas, the Arbitration proceedings were not completed within
the stipulated period and on the request of the Arbitrator, the time to
complete the proceedings was extended from time to time, the previous
extension having been granted vide S.O. 148 dated 26th of April, 2021,
in terms of which the time for making the award was extended by a
further period of four months w.e.f. 26-04-2021 ; and
Whereas, the Abitrator in terms of his communication bearing
No. 338/ADSJ dated 05-02-2022, inter alia, informed that due to Covid-19
for long period of time and heavy work load in the Court, the award
could not be passed within the stipulated time and requested for
extension in time by a period of four months for giving his findings ; and
Whereas, in the meantime, a writ petition WP(C) No. 2448/2022
titled Imtiaz Ahmed and others V/S UT of J&K and others was filed
in the Hon’ble High Court of J&K and Ladakh at Jammu praying therein
for a direction upon the respondents to take a decision on the
communication ibid of the Arbitrator for the extension in time to
complete the arbitration proceedings ; and
Whereas, the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 16-11-2022
disposed of the writ petition, inter alia, with the direcion to the
respondent No. 1 therein to decide the application dated 05-02-2022
preferred by the Ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu for
extension of time of four months for concluding the arbitration
proceedings, within two weeks positively ; and
Whereas, upon examination of the matter, it has been decided to
accept the recommendation of the Arbitrator regarding grant of
extension in time for making award.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-
rule (1) of Rule 10 of the Jammu and Kashmir Requisitioning and
Acquisition of Immovable Property Rules, 1969, the Government hereby
directs that the time for completing the arbitration proceedings and for
making the award shall and shall always by deemed to have been
extended by a further period of four months w. e. f. the date of issuance
of this notification.

SO−113. Whereas, on 31-03-2022, the Police Station, Gandhi
Nagar, received a docket to the effect that one Mohd Shareef Shah S/o
Abdul Ghani Shah R/o Syedpora, Larnoo, Kokernag, is coming from
Kashmir to Jammu, to hand over hawala money to one Jatinder @ Babu

Singh (Ex-MLA/Ex-Minister) R/o Kathua, for the purpose of financing
Jammu based separatist and secessionist groups/parties to carry out
subversive activities against the sovereignty, integrity and security of
India. Subsequently, a Naka was established near the Tawi Bridge,
Bikram Chowk, and during the checking, the said person viz. Mohd
Shareef Shah, was apprehended and on frisking, an amount of Rs. 6.9
lakhs (Indian Currency) was found in his possession concealed in a black
coloured bag ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a case FIR No. 73/2022 under
Sections 13, 17 and 18 of ULA (P) Act, was registered in the Police
Station, Gandhi Nagar and the investigation of the case was set into
motion. Subsequently, during the investigation, Sections 16, 20, 21, 38,
39 and 40 of ULA(P) Act were added in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of place
of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and the statements
of the witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case
were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, the accused viz.Mohd
Shareef Shah, was found in contact with a accused viz. Jatinder Singh @
Babu Singh R/o Ward No. 1, Shaheedi Chowk, Kathua, and was
associate and designated Secretary of Babu Singh’s outfit “Nature
Mankind Friendly Global Party”. The accused viz. Jatinder Singh @
Babu Singh, was in contact with PaK based terrorist of HM, a banned
outfit, namely Mohd Hussain Khateeb S/o Abdul Hai Khateeb R/o
Masjid Mohalla, Bhaderwah A/P Pakistan ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Mohd Sharief Shah, received an amount of Rs. 6.9 lakhs (Indian
Currency) from one Umar, on the directions of accused viz. Jatinder
Singh @ Babu Singh, from a Masjid at Chanapora, Srinagar, arranged
by terrorist viz. Mohd Hussain Khateeb, Tariq Ahmad Malla and
Farooq Ahmad Naikoo, for carrying out terrorist activities in the Jammu
area ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, nine other persons identified
as Fayaz Ahmad Bhat S/o Ali Mohd Bhat R/o Bopat, Beerwah, Kifayat
Rizvi S/o Sadiq Rizvi R/o Shariefabad, HMT, Srinagar A/P

Farooq Ahmad Naikoo S/o Gh Hassan Naikoo R/o Khawajasahib, Old
Town, Baramulla, Tariq Ahmad Malla @ Tariq Murtaza S/o Abdul
Khaliq Malla R/o Bundzow, Pulwama, Syed Ashiq Elahi S/o Syed
Mohammad Shafi Elahi R/o Surasyar, Chadoora, Budgam and
Mohammad Arshad S/o Mohammad Asgar R/o Madina Basti,
Malerkotla, Punjab, were found involved in the commission of crime ;
and
7. Whereas, during the investigation, the accused viz. Mohd
Shareef Shah, Jatinder Singh @ Babu Singh, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat,
Mubashir Mushtaq Fafoo, Mohd Rafiq Nazar, Aijaz Ahmad Sayam,
Farooq Ahmad Naikoo, Syed Ashiq Elahi and Mohammad Arshad, were
arrested in the case and the accused viz. Mohd Hussain Khateeb, Kifayat
Rizvi and Tariq Ahmad Malla, are absconding and proceedings under
Section 299 Cr.PC have been initiated against them ; and
8. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Syed Ashiq Elahi and Mohd Shareef
Shah, received huge amount from some unknown persons and distributed
the same among the families of killed terrorists on the directions of
terrorists viz. Kifayat Rizvi and Mohd Hussain Khateeb. The accused
viz. Mubashir Mushtaq Fafoo, recived an amount of Rs. 79.73 lakhs
from the accused namely Mohd Rafiq Nazar, on the directions of accused
viz. Farooq Ahmad Naikoo, who was coordinating the movement of
terror fund from Dubai through accused viz. Mubashir Mushtaq Fafoo,
Mohd Rafiq Najar and Aijaz Ahmad Sayam, under the instructions of
HM terrorist namely Tariq Ahmad Malla @ Tariq Murtuza of Pulwama
based in Pakistan, in order to promote terrorist activities in the J&K,
besides, the accused viz. Mohammad Arshad, procured and provided, a
Dubai based SIM Card to the accused viz. Farooq Ahmad Naikoo, for
communication with the accused ; and
9. Whereas, the sanction for launching prosecution against the
accused viz. Mohd Shareef Shah, Jatinder Singh @ Babu Singh, Mohd
Hussain Khateeb, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Kifayat Rizvi, Mubashir Mushtaq
Fafoo, Mohd Rafiq Najar, Aijaz Ahmad Sayam, Tariq Ahmad Malla

@ Tariq Murtuza, Farooq Ahmad Naikoo, Syed Ashiq Elahi and
Mohammad Arshad, stands already accorded vide S.O No. 454 dated
22-09-2022, S.O No. 645 dated 01-12-2022, S.O No. 694 dated
16-12-2022 and S.O No. 75 dated 16-02-2023, respectively and
the investigation in respect of some other accused was continued to
ascertain their actual identity and to bring out their role/involvement in
the case ; and
10. Whereas, during the further investigation, three other persons
identified as Mohd Sharief Chechi S/o Ghulam Mohd Chechi R/o
Hathlanga, Uri, Baramulla, Farooq Ahmad Jungal S/o Noor Wali R/o
Nambla, Uri, Baramulla and Saif Din S/o Qasim Din R/o Jullo, Gandoh,
Doda A/P Javid Nagar, Nikki Tawi, Jammu, were found involved in the
commission of crime. Subsequently, the accused were arrested in the
case and during the investigation, an amount of Rs. 2.30 lacs were seized
at the instance of accused viz. Mohd Sharief Chechi ; and
11. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Mohd Sharief Chechi, procured 10 kgs of narcotics (Heroin) from
across the LoC from three terrorists of HM, a banned outfit, namely
Hamidullah Khuroo S/o Ghulam Rasool Khuroo R/o Jalalabad, Sopore
A/P PoK/PaK, Farooq Ahmad Shawl S/o Late Haji Noor Din Shawl R/o
Jaded, Baramulla A/P PoK/PaK and Javid Ahmad Chalkoo S/o Ali Joo
R/o Hathlanga, Uri A/P PoK/PaK, on the directions of accused viz.
Mohd Rafiq Najar, and handed over the consignment to him, who later
on handed over 08 kgs of narcotics (Heroin) to the accused viz. Farooq
Ahmad Jungal, with the directions to sell the same ; and
12. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Farooq Ahmad Jungal and Saif Din, sold the narcotics (Heroin)
against an amount of Rs. One Crore Seventy Five lacs and the accused
viz. Farooq Ahmad Jungal, after receiving Rs. 1.75 Crore from the
accused viz. Saif Din, handed over the amount to the accused viz. Mohd
Rafiq Najar, for further distribution among the terrorists ; and
13. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Hamidullah Khuroo, Farooq Ahmad Shawl and Javid
Ahmad Chalkoo, are members of HM, a banned outfit, and the accused
viz. Mohd Sharief Chechi, Farooq Ahmad Jungal and Saif Din, were
working as Over Groung Workers (OGWs) for the terrorists and

facilitated the terrorists to sell the narcotics (Heroin) so that the money
generated could be utilized for carrying out the terrorist activities in the
Jammu and Kashmir ; and
14. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections of the Unlawful Actvities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown
against their names :─

SO−114. Whereas, on 03-03-2023, a reliable information was
received by the Police Station, CI/SIA, Kashmir, to the effect that one
person identified as Sarjan Ahmad Wagay @ Sarjan Barkati S/o Ab.
Razak Wagay R/o Reban, Zainapora, Shopian, and his family members

in pursuance of criminal conspiracy received, raised and collected funds
from different suspicious sources in cash and through Banking channels
into their Banking accounts of different Banks, intended to be used
for purpose of terrorism and secessionism. By using these funds
Sarjan Ahmad Wagay @ Sarjan Barkati, has purchased some
immovable properties intended and likely to be used for furtherance of
terrorism ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a case FIR No. 02/2023 under
Section 120-B IPC, and Sections 13, 17, 18, 21, 39 and 40 of ULA (P)
Act, was registered in the Police Station, CI/SIA, Kashmir, and the
investigation of the case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the
investigation, the offence under Sections 420 and 471 IPC were added in
the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the seizure memos
were prepared and the statements of the witnesses acquainted with the
facts and circumstances of the case were recorded under the relevant
provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, the accused viz. Sarjan
Ahmad Wagay @ Sarjan Barkati, was arrested in the case and it
was found that the accused was inciting, facilitating, aiding, advising
and promoting terrorist, successionist ideologies and activities
in impressionable minds and provoked youth to join the terrorist
cadres ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Sarjan Ahmad Wagay @ Sarjan Barkati, and his wife namely, Mst.
Shabroza Akhter W/o Sarjan Ahmad Wagay R/o Reban, Zainapora,
Shopian, were in contact with a terrorist of HM, a banned outfit, namely
Abdul Hamid Lone @ Hamid, Mawar S/o Ab. Aziz Lone R/o Mawar
Bala, Qalamabad, Handwara A/P Pakistan, through virtual mode and
were working for the terrorists in order to promote terrorist activities in
the area. Subsequently, during the investigation, the accused
viz. Mst. Shabroza Akhter, was also arrested in the case ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Shabroza Akhter, received cumulative terror funds in her account
from the different suspicious sources and some active and former
terrorists. Therefore, the accused lady viz. Mst. Shabroza Akhter,

transferred the said fund in the accounts of her family members namely,
Sugra Jan, Uzma Jan, Gazala Jan, Jan Mohammad and one person
Mehraj-un-Din Naie, besides, on the directions of accused terrorist viz.
Abdul Hamid Lone @ Hamid Mawar, purchased a land measuring 5
kanals and 10 marlas for establishing an institute in order to impart and
promote ideology of secessionism, among the youth in the area. The
accused viz. Mst. Sharoza Akhter, also obtained a SIM Card on the
fake/forged documents ; and
7. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Sarjan Ahmad Wagay @ Sarjan Barkati and Mst. Shabroza
Akhter, were working for the terrorists particularly Pakistan based
terrorist viz. Abdul Hamid Lone @ Hamid Mawar, and were providing
logistic support to them, besides under a well knit criminal conspiracy
were raising funds for the terrorists for carrying out terrorist and
unlawful activities in the area and knowingly were holding the proceeds
of terrorism ; and
8. Whereas, the investigation in respect of other accused shall
continue to bring out their role/involvement in the case and
supplementary charge sheet against them would be filed in the court of
competent jurisdiction ; and
9. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections of the Unlawful Actvities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown

10. Whereas, the accused viz. Abdul Hamid Lone @ Hamid
Mawar, is absconding and the proceedings under Section 299 Cr.PC have
been proposed to be initiated against them ; and
11. Whereas, the Authority, appointed by the Government under
Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention)
Act, 1967, has independently examined the Case Diary File and all
the other relevant documents relating to the case and has come to
the conclusion that prima facie case is made out against the above
accussed ; and
12. Whereas, after perusing the Case Dairy File, the relevant
documents and also taking into consideration the views of the Authority
appointed under Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967, the Government is of the view that there is
sufficient material and evidence available against the above mentioned
asccused for their prosecution under the provisions of law.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by
Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention)
Act, 1967, the Government hereby accord sanction for launching
prosecution against the accused viz. Sarjan Ahmad Wagay @ Sarjan
Barkati, Mst. Shabroza Akhter, and Abdul Hamid Lone, for the
commission of offences punishable under Sections 13, 17, 18, 21, 39 and
40 of ULA (P) Act, arising out of FIR No. 02/2023 of Police Station,
CI/SIA.

Rules, 2020 notified vide S.O. 364 dated 27-11-2020 shall be substituted
by the following ; namely :—
“(3) Staff engaged on teaching posts shall be put on teaching and
research duties and shall not be assigned any administrative duties at any
level, like the positions of Principal and Head of the Department.
The teaching staff may, however, be assigned the administrative
duties of the Head of the Unit. This Arrangement shall, however, be for a
period of five (05) years only or till the permanent faculty attains the
desired eligibility of the post, whichever, is earlier.”

SO-18.––-Whereas, on 16-10-2023, the Police Station, Nowhatta,
received a docket to the effect that a Naka was established by the
Police at Gani Stadium, Rajouri Kadal, and during the checking, three

suspects while seeing the Naka Party tried to escape but were chased
down on the spot and identified as Tufail Ahmad Bhat S/o Niyaz Ahmad
Bhat R/o Diyarwani, Batamaloo, Salman Riyaz S/o Riyaz Ahmad Khan
R/o Firdousabad, Batamaloo and Arsalan Mohidin S/o Gh. Mohidin
R/o Danderkhah, Batamaloo. During their personal search, the Police
recovered 11 Posters of Lone Wolf Warriors and Kashmir Liberation
Warriors from their possession respectively ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 38/2023 under
Section 120-B IPC and the Section 13 of ULA (P) Act, was registered
in the Police Station, Nowhatta, and the investigation, of the case was
set into motion. Subsequently, during the investigation, the offence under
Section 505(b) IPC was added in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Tufail Ahmad Bhat, Salman Riyaz and Arsalan Mohidin, procured
the Posters from an unknown person with the directions to paste the
same in the area, thereby challenged the sovereignty and territorial
integrity of the Union of India ; and
5. Whereas, the investigation, in respect of unknown person who
provided the Posters to the accused viz. Tufail Ahmad Bhat, Salman
Riyaz and Arsalan Mohidin, shall continue to ascertain his identity and
to bring out his role/involvement in the case and the supplementary
charge sheet against him would be filed in the court of competent
jurisdiction ; and
6. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under

The Committee has decided that the rate of advertisement may
be fixed as Rs. 5 per sq.ft., Rs. 3 per sq.ft. (for flexes/banners)per day
for prime locations and Rs. 3 per sq. ft., Rs. 1 per sq.ft. (for flexes/
banners) per day for non-prime locations within the Town.
Proposal for enhancement of fee with regard to Pilgrimage.
The Committee has decided that the rent from ground and fields
i.e. permission for holding religious events may be fixed as Rs. 1000
per day for Municipal Councils and Rs. 700 per day for Municipal
Committees.
However, for holding events other than religious the rate may be
Rs. 2000 per day for Municipal Councils and Rs. 1400 per day for
Municipal Committees.
Proposal for revision of fee for permission to install Crackers.
The Committee has decided that the application fee for permission
to install cracker stall may be fixed as Rs.300 per day stall Municipal
Councils and Rs. 200 per stall for Municipal Committees.
