03 Mls-07Srs-23Sft in estate Seer Jagir, calling upon the land owners/
interested persons to file their objections if any.
Whereas, No objection, was received by Collector Land Acquisition
(ADC) Sopore from the land owners/interested persons within the
stipulated period of time.
Whereas, the appropriate Government is satisfied with the report
furnished by the Collector Land Acquisition (ADC) Sopore received
vide No. ADC/Spr/LAC/2024/762-63 Dated 20-07-2054 and in pursuance
to the provisions of Section-19 of Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,

measuring 08Mls in estate Watergam Payeen, calling upon the land
owners/interested persons to file their objections if any.

Whereas, the Collector Land Acquisition (ADC) Sopore submitted the case vide No. ADC/Spr/2024/2187 Dated
31-10-2024 for issuance of declaration in pursuance of the provisions of Section-19 of Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR) and relevant rules.
Whereas, the Appropriate Government (Deputy Commissioner ) Baramulla being satisfied with the report of Collector
Land Acquisition (ADC) Sopore hereby declared that the land in question is required for public purpose i.e. Acquisition
of land for construction of 0.40 Lac Gallons OHT under WSS Drusoo Chathloora.
The Collector Land Acquisition (ADC) Sopore is hereby ordered to proceed/conclude the proceedings under the
relevant provisions of law and take the acquisition of land to its logical end within stipulated period of time.

SO–329.—Whereas, on 18-12-2023, the Police Station, Pulwama,
received a docket to the effect that a patrolling was conducted in the
area. During the patrolling at Tikken, Batapora, Pulwama, a motorcyclist
while seeing the Patrolling Party tried to escape but was chased down
down on the spot and identified as Shahbaaz Ahmad Dar S/o Gh. Hassan
Dar R/o Gulshanabad, Rajpora. During search, the Police recovered an

amount of Rs. 2,99,500/- Indian currency, from a bag carried by the
accused ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above a case FIR No. 331/2023 under
Section 120-B IPC, 13, 17 and 20 of ULA(P) Act, was registered in
the Police Station, Pulwama and the investigation of the case was set
into motion. Subsequently, during the investigation, the offence under
Section 120-B IPC and 17 of ULA (P) Act were dropped and Sections
18, 38, 39 and 40 of ULA(P) Act were added in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of the
place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and the
statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the
accused viz. Shahbaaz Ahmad Dar, was in contact with a terrorist of
JeM, a banned outfit, namely Ashiq Ahmad Nengroo S/o Gh. Ahmad
Nengroo R/o Hanjan Bala A/P Pakistan through virtual mode, who
provided the recovered cash to the accused viz. Shahbaaz Ahmad Dar,
through an unknown person for further distribution among the terrorists
in order to promote terrorist activities in the area ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Shahbaaz Ahmad Dar, was working as Over Ground
Worker (OGW) for the terrorists of JeM, a banned outfit, particularly
the Pakistan based terrorist viz. Ashiq Ahmad Nengroo, and under a
well knit criminal conspiracy was providing logistic support to him,
besides, on the directions of said terrorist procured cash to the tune of
Rs. 2,99,500/- from an unknown person for further distribution among
the terrorists for carrying out terrorist activities in the area ; and
6. Whereas, the investigation, in respect of unknown person who
handed over the cash to the tune of Rs. 2,99, 500/- to the accused
viz. Shahbaaz Ahmad Dar, shall continue to ascertain his identity and
to bring out his role/involvement in the case and the Supplementary
Charge-Sheet against him would be filed in the Court of competent
jurisdiction ; and

7. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown

documents and also taking into consideration the views of the Authority
appointed under Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967, the Government is of the view that there is
sufficient material and evidence available against the above-mentioned
accused for their prosecution under the provisions of Law.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section
(2) of Section 45 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, the

‘‘(3B) The number of seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe,
Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Classes and Women as
provided in Rule 3A shall be alloted to different territorial
constituencies on the basis of proportion of Schduled Tribe,
Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Classes and Women
population to total population of the constituency in decending
order, that is from amongst the territorial constituencies in the
District Development Council, the territorial constituency
having the largest proportion of the Scheduled Tribes
population shall be allotted to them, the territorial constituencies
having the largest proportion of Scheduled Caste Population
shall be allotted to them and the territorial constituencies having
the largest proportion of Other Backward Classes population
shall be allotted to them. In the subsequent elections, the
allotment shall be made in the aforesaid manner so that as
far as may be practicable, the territorial constituency
reserved for the Scheduled Tribes in the previous election shall
not be allotted to Scheduled Tribes, the territorial constituency
reserved for the Scheduled Castes shall not be alloted to the
Scheduled Castes and the territorial constituency reserved for
the other backward Classes shall not be allotted to Other
Backward Classes.’’
IV.
In sub-rule (3C), for the words ‘‘Women (Open Category),
Women (Scheduled Caste Category) and Women (Scheduled
Tribe Category)’’, the words, ‘‘Women (Open Category),

S/o Farooq Ahmad Pandit residents of Wanpoh, Qaimoh, have been
working as OGWs for the terrorists of LeT/TRF banned outfits and are
providing logistic support to them for carrying out the terrorist activities
in the area ; and

2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 14/2024 under
Senctions 13, 18 and 39 of ULA (P) Act, was registered in the Police
Station, Qaimoh, and the investigation,of the case was set in to motion.
Subsequently, during the Investigation, the offence under Section 13 of
ULA (P) Act was dropped and offences under Section 7/25 Arms Act,
201 IPC and Sections 23 and 38 of ULA (P) Act, were added in the
case ; and
3. Whereas, during the investigation, the accused viz. Zahoor
Ahmad Pandit and Bashir Hussain Pandit, were arrested in the case
and arms/ammunition viz. 01 Pistol, 02 magazines, 20 rounds and 05
INSAS rounds were recovered at their instance respectively ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, the site plan of the place of
occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and the statements
of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case
were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, two more persons identified
as Gulzar Ahmad Khar S/o Gh. Mohd Khar and Imtiyaz Gull S/o Gull
Mohd Bhat residents of Wanpora, Qaimoh, were found involved in the
commission of crime. Subsequently, the accused were arrested and
during the investigation, 04 UBGs, 19 INSAS rounds, 01 SLR round and
01, 303 rifle round were recovered at their instance respectively ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Zahoor Ahmad Pandit, Basir Hussain Pandit, GulzarAhmad Khar
and Imtiyaz Gull, were in contact with a terrorist of LeT, a banned outfit,
namely, Firdous Ahmad Bhat S/o Ab. Salam Bhat R/o Thokerpora,
Qaimoh A/P Pakistan, through virtual mode, who provided the recovered
arms/ammunition to the accused viz. Zahoor Ahmad Pandit, Basir
Hussain Pandit, Gulzar Ahmad Khar and Imtiyaz Gull, in order to
promote terrorist activities in the area ; and
7. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Zahoor Ahmad Pandit, Basir Hussain Pandit, Gulzar Ahmad
Khar and Imtiyaz Gull, were working as Over Ground Workers (OGWs)

Sections 120-B IPC, 7/25 Arms Act, 3/4 ESA and Sections 18, 20, 23

of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Mohd Altaf Bhat and Shabir Ahmad Mir, were in contact with two
Pakistani based terrorists of LeT, a banned outfit, namely Haroon
Rashid Ganie S/o Ab. Rashid Ganie R/o Hassanpora, Taweela and
Hamza Mauvia @ Abu Hamza R/o Pakistan, through virtual mode and
the accused terrorist viz. Haroon Rashid Ganie, provided the recovered
arms/ammunition and explosive material to the accused viz. Mohd Altaf
Bhat and Shabir Ahmad Mir, through an unknown terrorist in order to
promote terrorist activities in the area ; and
5. Whereas, the investigation, with respect to Pakistani based
terrorists viz. Haroon Rashid Ganie and Hamza Mauvia @ Abu Hamza,
and the unknown terrorist who handed over the arms/ammunition to the
accused viz. Mohd Altaf Bhat and Shabir Ahmad Mir, shall continue
to ascertain their actual identity and to bring out their role/involvement
in the case and the Supplementary Charge Sheet against them would
be filed in the court of competent jurisdiction ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Mohd Altaf Bhat and Shabir Ahmad Mir, were associated
with the terrorist organization, of LeT a banned outfit, and under a well
knit criminal conspiracy procured arms/ammunition and explosive
material from the terrorists for carrying out the terrorist activities in the
area ; and
7. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected the Investigating
Officer, has established prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under

8. Whereas, the Authority, appointed by the Government under Sub-

makes the following amendments in the Jammu and Kashmir Police

Rules, 1960 which shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent
in the Jammu and Kshmir Police Rules, 1960 ; namely :—
1. after rule 172-B, the following shall be inserted as Rule
172-C ; namely :—
‘‘172-C. Reservation of vacancies for SPOs and Volunteer
Home Guards (VHGs).
Horizontal reservation to the extent of 15% of available
vacancies for SPOs and 4% of available vacancies
for Volunteer Home Guards (VHGs) at the level of
Constable in direct recuritment shall be earmarked in
favour of the said categories having minimum three
years of engagement. The quota so reserved shall not
be carried forward to the subsequent year, in case
eligible candidates are not available.’’
2. In Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 182, the following proviso shall be
added ; namely :—
‘‘Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in
clause (c) of Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 176, the upper age limit
for direct recuritment as constable shall be 40 years in case
of SPOs and Volunteer Home Guards having minimum 3
years of engagement’’.

SO–340.—Whereas, on 09-03-2020, Police Station, Kralpora,
received a docket to the effect that a Joint Naka was established by
the Police/Security Forces at Khazanamti, Kralpora. During the
checking, a suspect while seeing the Police/Security Forces tried to
escape but was chased down on the spot and identified as Aijaz Ahmad

Parray S/o Gh. Mohd Parray R/o Kunan, Poshpora. During search, the
Police recovered 01 Hand Grenade and 09 AK Rounds from a bag
carrying by the accused ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 13/2020 under
Sections 7/25 Arms Act, and 13, 18, and 39 of ULA (P) Act, was
registered in the Police Station, Kralpora, and the investigation, of the
case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the investigation, the
offences under Sections 20, 23 and 38 of ULA (P) Act, were added
in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of the
place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and the
statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4.Whereas, during the investigation, two more persons identified
as Ab. Rouf Malik S/o Gh. Mohd Malik and Mohd Altaf Payer S/o Gh.
Qadir Payer residents of Dardsun, Kralpora, were found involved in the
comission of crime. Subsequently, the accused were arrested and during
the investigation, 02 Hand Grenades were also recovered at their
instance respectively ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Aijaz Ahmad Parray, Ab. Rouf Malik and Mohd Altaf Payer, were
in contact with two terrorists of HM a banned outfit namely Aijaz
Ahmad Malik S/o Ab. Ahad Malik R/o Dardsun, Kralpora and Bashir
Ahmad Pir @ Imtiyaz Alam S/o Skinder Pir R/o Babapora, Aloosa,
Kralpora, through virtual mode, who provided the recovered hand
grenades and AK ammunition to the accused viz. Aijaz Ahmad Parray,
Ab. Rouf Malik and Mohd Altaf Payer, in order to promote terrorist
activities in the area ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Bashir Ahmad Pir @ Imtiyaz Alam, crossed LoC in the Year 1990
and returned back in year 1991 and remained active in the area for some
time. In the year 1992 the accused was arrested and later on was bailed
out by a local Hon’ble Court and in the said year he again crossed the
LoC and on 20-03-2023, the accused has been killed by some unknown
gunmen at Rawalpindi, Pakistan ; and

7. Whereas, during the Investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Aijaz Ahmad Parray, Ab. Rouf Malik and Mohd Altaf
Payer, were working as Over Ground Workers (OGWs) for
the terrorists of HM, a banned outfit, particularly the terrorists viz. Aijaz
Ahmad Malik and Bashir Ahmad Pir @ Imtiyaz Alam, and were
providing logistic support to them, besides, under a well knit criminal
conspiracy procured hand greandes and AK Ammunition from the
said terrorists for carrying out the terrorist/unlawful activities in the
area ; and
8. Whereas, the accused terrorists viz. Aijaz Ahmad Parray, and
Bashir Ahmad Pir @ Imtiyaz Alam, have been killed and the
proceedings under the law would abate against them ; and
9. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
section of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown

SO–341.—Whereas, on 31-03-2018, a reliable information was
received by the Police Station, Anantnag, about the presence of some
unknown terrorists in the house of one Imran Ahmad Khan S/o
Assdullah Khan R/o Iqbal Coloney, Peth Dilagam, Anantnag equipped
with illegal arms/ammunition in order to carry out terrorist activities in
the area ; and

2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 55/2018 under
Section 7/25 Arms Act, was registered in the Police Station, Anantnag,
and the investigation, of the case was set into motion. Subsequently,
during the investigation, the offence under Section 7/25 Arms Act was
dropped and the offences under Sections, 307, 457, 427 RPC, 7/27 Arms
Act and Sections 16, 18, 20, 23, 38 and 39 of ULA (P) Act, were added
in the Case ; and
3. Whereas, during the investigation, a joint Cordon and Search
Operation was launched by the Police/Security Forces and during the
search the hiding terrorists fired indiscriminately upon the Search Party,
with their illegal arms/ammunition, with the intention to kill them. The
fire was retaliated and during the ensuing gunfight one terrorist later
on identified as Rouf Ahmad Khanday S/o Bashir Ahmad Khanday
R/o Araderuna, Anantnag was killed and his accomplice namely, Imran
Rashid Bhat S/o Ab. Rashid Bhat R/o Satkipora, Srigufwara, was
arrested on the spot. During the search arms/ammunition viz. 01
Chinese Pistol, 01 UBGL, Grenade and 04 Rounds were recovered from
the killed/arrested terrorists respectively ; and
4.Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of the
place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and the
statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, two more persons identified
as Manzoor Ahmad Rather S/o Mohammad Abdullah Rather R/o
Sirhama Bijbehara, and Mohammad Ishaq Shergojri S/o Ab. Ahad
Shergojri R/o Nowgam Verinag A/P Peth Dilagam, were found involved
in the commission of crime. Subsequently, the accused viz. Manzoor
Ahmad Rather, was arrested in the case and the accused viz.
Mohammad Ishaq, was found already arrested by Anantnag Police
alongwith arms/ammunition for which a separate case FIR No. 76/2022
was registered in P/S Kokernag. Subsequently, his custody was changed
in the instant case ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Rouf Ahmad Khanday, Imran Rashid Bhat and Mohammad Ishaq
Shergojri,were in contact with the terrorists of HM, a banned outfit
namely, Mohammad Yousuf Shah @ Syed Salah-u-Din S/o Gulam

working for the outfit in order to promote terrorist activities in the
area ; and
7. Whereas, during the Investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Rouf Ahmad Khanday, Imran Rashid Bhat, and Mohammad
Ishaq Shergojri, were affiliated with the terrorist organization of HM,
banned outtfit, and were working on the directions of terrorists viz.
Mohammad Yousuf Shah @ Syed Salah-u-Din, Anas and Mohammad
Ashraf Khan @ Ashraf Molvi, besides, the accused viz. Manzoor
Ahmad Rather, was working as Over Ground Worker (OGW) for the
terrorists viz. Rouf Ahmad Khanday, Imran Rashid Bhat, and
Mohammad Ishaq Shergojri, and was providing logistic support to them,
for carrying out the terroist activities in the area ; and
8. Whereas, the accused terrorists viz. Rouf Ahmad Khanday, and
Mohammad Ashraf Khan @ Ashraf Molvi, have been killed in the
different encounters with the Security Forces and the proceedings under
the law would abate against them. During the investigation, the house
owner viz. Imran Ahmad Khan, was not found involved in the case ;and
9. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
section of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown

under Section 299 Cr. PC have been proposed to be initiated against

Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention)
Act, 1967, has independently examined the Case Diary File and all the
other relevant documents relating to the case and has come to
the conclusion that prima facie case is made out against the above
accused ; and
12. Whereas, after perusing the Case Diary File the relevant
documents and also taking into consideration the views of the Authority
appointed under Sub-Section (2) of Section 45 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967, the Government is of the view that there is
suffcient material and evidence available against the above-mentioned
accused for their prosecution, under the provisions of law.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-
Section (2) of Section 45 the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, the
Government hereby accord sanction for launching prosecution against the
accused viz. Imran Rashid Bhat, Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Mohammad
Ishaq Shergojri, Mohammad Yousuf Shah @ Syed Salah-u-Din, and
Anas, for the commission of offences punishable under the relevant

SO–342.—Whereas, on 27-12-2023, the Police Station, Kreeri,
received a docket to the effect that a reliable information was received
about the movement of some unknown terrorist in the area.
Subsequently, a Joint Naka was established by the Police/Security
Forces near Bus Stand, Shrakwara. During the checking a suspect while
seeing the Police/Security Forces tried to escape but was chased down
on the spot and identified as Imran Ahmad Ganie S/o Abdul Qayoom

Ganie R/o Nowpora Jagir, Kreeri. During his personal search, the Police
recovered 01 Chinese Pistol with magazine and 09 rounds from his
possession ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above a case FIR No. 127/2023 under
section 7/25 Arms Act, and Sections 13, 23 and 39 of ULA(P) Act,
was registered in the Police Station, Kreeri, and the investigation, of
the case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the investigation,
the offences under Sections 18, 20 and 38 of ULA(P) Act, was added
in the case; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of the
place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and the
statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the
accused viz. Imran Ahmad Ganie, was in contact with a Pakistani based
terrorist of LeT, a banned outfit, namely Usman Bhai, through virtual
mode, who provided, the recovered arms/ammunition to the accused
viz. Imran Ahmad Ganie, in order to promote terrorist activities in the
area ; and
5. Whereas, the investigation, in respect of Pakistani based
terrorist viz. Usman Bhai, shall continue to ascertain his identity and
to bring out his role/involvement in the case and the Supplementary
chargesheet against him would be filed in the Court of Competent
jurisdiction ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation it was established that the
accused viz. Imran Ahmad Ganie, was working as Over Ground Worker
(OGW) for the terrorists of LeT, a banned outfit, and was providing
logistic support to them, besides, under a well knit criminal conspiracy
procured arms/ammunition from the terrorists for carrying out the
terrorist/unlawful activities in the area ; and
7. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under

received a docket to the effect that aninformation was received that two
persons identified as ShakirLateefPathan S/o Ab. LateefPathan R/o
Gundipora, Beerwah, and RizwanNazir Sheikh S/o Nazir Ahmad Sheikh

R/oBonnetBeerwah, have been working for the terrorists of LeT,a
banned outfit, and are roaming in the orchards of village Gundipora,
Beerwah, with some incriminatory material in order to promote terrorist
activities in the area.Subsequently,a joint Cordon and Search Operation
was launched by the Police/Security Forces and during the search the
accused viz.ShakirLateefPathan andRizwanNazir Sheikh, were arrested.
During their personal search,the Police recovered 26 posters of LeT/
Lone Wolf Warrior outfits, from their possession respectively:and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No.01/2024 U/S 13,18
and 39 of ULA (P) Act, was registered in the Police Station, Beerwah,
and the investigation, of the case was set into motion. Subsequently,
during the investigation,the offences under Section 20and 38 of
ULA (P)Actwere added in the case; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of the
place of occurrence and the seizure memos was prepared and the
statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstance of the
case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, five more persons identified as
Tariq Ahmad Sheikh S/o Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, Jahangir Bashir
Mir S/o Bashir Ahmad Mir residents of Utligam, Beerwah,SahilJavid S/o
Javid Ahmad Sheikh, IrfanAhmad Sheikh S/o Nazir Ahmad Sheikh and
RominRasool Sheikh S/o Gh. Rasool Sheikh residents of Bonnet,
Beerwah, were found involved in the commission of crime.
Subsequently, the accused were arrested in the case and during the
investigation, 48 posters ofLeT/Lone Wolf Warrior outfits were
recovered from their possession respectively; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz, Irfan Ahmad Sheikh and RominRasool Sheikh, were in contact with
two Pakistan based terrorists namely, ArjumandGulzar Dar @

mode and were working for them in order to promote terroristactivities
in the area;and
6. Whereas,during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz.Irfan Ahmad Sheikh andRominRasool Sheikh, received posters
from the Pakistan based terrorists viz. ArjumandGulzar Dar @
HamzaBurhan and Syed AijazRazvi, with the directions to paste the
same in the area in order create terror among the general public. The
accused viz. Irfan Ahmad Sheikh, motivated the accused viz.
ShakirLateefPathan,RizwanNazirSheikh,Tariq Ahmad Sheikh, Jahangir
Bashir Mir and SahilJavid, to work for the terrorists and send the posters
on the whatsapp of accused viz. ShakirLateefPathan, with the directions
to print out the posters and distribute among all the accused; and
7. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that theaccused
viz. ShakirLateefPathan, printed out the posters and distributed among
the accused viz. RizwanNazirSheikh, Tariq Ahmad Sheikh Jahangir
Bashir Mir, SahilJavid and Roman Rasool Sheikh, who pasted the
posters in Utligam, Bonnet, Beerwah and Danseera, areas and shared the
video of pasted posters with the accused viz. Irfan Ahmad Sheikh, who
further shared the video with the Pakistan based terrorist viz.
ArjumandGulzar Dar @ HamzaBurhan, for which an amount of Rs.
10000/- were transferred in the account of accused viz. Irfan Ahmad
Sheikh by an unknown person; and
8. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. ShakirLateefPathan,RizwanNazir Sheikh, Tariq Ahmad
Sheikh,Jahangir Bashir Mir, SahilJavid,Irfan Ahmad Sheikh and
RominRasool Sheikh, were working as Over Ground Workers(OGWs)
for the terrorists particularly the Pakistan based terrorists viz.
ArjumandGulzar Dar @ HamzaBurhan and Syed AijazRazvi, and were

out his role/involvement in the case and the Supplementary Charge-Sheet
