not traceable despite several steps taken by the Police of Police Station
Rajbagh to trace and arrest him. The said accused has absconded and
is avoiding execution of warrant and there is no immediate prospect of
his being arrested. Upon being shown to this Court has proceeded under
Section 512 Cr. PC against accused person. As such you through this
standing warrant of arrest are hereby authorized and directed to arrest
the above mentioned accused person and produce him before this Court.

Kashmir that the land measuring 12 Marlas under Khasra No. 1061 is
required by the Animal Husbandry Department (already under
possession of Animal Husbandry Department) situated in village
Dablehar, Tehsil Suchetgarh, District Jammu. It is as such hereby
notified that land in the area specified is required for the above prupose.
The notification is made under the provisions of Section 11(1) of
the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to all whom it may concern.
The Social Impact Assessment study was exempted by the
Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Jammu vide his letter No. DCJ/LA/
AH-Dablehar/2024-25/490 dated 15-01-2025.
In exercise of powers vested in me under Section 11 Sub-Section
(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land
Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, I, Seema Parihar
JKAS, Collector Land Acquisition RS Pura do hereby notify that the
land whose particulars are given herein below is required by the Animal
Husbandary Department.
Further under Section 1(4) of the Act, no person shall make any
transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase etc. or
create any encumbrance on such land from the date of publication of
this notification without prior approval of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition if any, may be filed by the person(s)
interested within 60 days from the date of publication of the notification
as provided under Section 15 of the Act, before the Collector Land

Any objection statement which is received after the due date or

the land is liable to be summarily rejected.

by the Police at Vaishnavi Dham, near Railway Station, Jammu, and
during the checking two suspects while seeing the Naka Party tried
to escape but were chased down on the spot and identified as Abdul
Waris S/o Abdul Rashid R/o Asthan Pain, Kishtwar and Musrat Hussain
S/o Ghulam Qadir R/o Bhatyas, Gandoh, Doda. During their personal
search, the Police recovered 26 letter pads of HM,a banned outfit, and
an amount of Rs. 01 lac from their possession respectively ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 255/2010 under
Section 120-B RPC and Sections 13,14 and 17 of ULA (P) Act, was
registered in the Police Station, Bahu Fort, Jammu, and the investigation,
of the case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the investigation,
the offence under Section 14 of ULA (P) Act was dropped and Section
20 of ULA (P) Act was added in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that in the year
1998/1999 the accused viz. Abdul Waris and Musrat Hussain, joined
the terrorist ranks of HM, a banned outfit and later crossed the LoC
for obtaining illegal arms/ammunition and returned back via Nepal
alongwith the incriminatory material and cash to the tune of Rs. 01
lac, in order to promote terrorist activities in the valley and on
their return were arrested by Jammu Police during Naka checking at
Vaishnavi Dham near Railway Station, Jammu, along with the
incriminatory material and cash ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Abdul Waris and Musrat Hussain, were members of HM,
a banned outfit, and crossed the LoC for obtaining illegal arms/
ammunition in order to carry out terrorist activities in the valley ; and
6. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statement of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below

the investigation, the offence under Section 3/4 ESA was dropped from
the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, two more persons identified
as Aadil Hussain Wani S/o Lal Din Wani R/o Poniwah, Kulgam and
Aitmad Ahmad Laway S/o Abdul Rashid Laway R/o Brazloo Jagir,
Kuglam, were found involved in the case. Subsequently, the
accused were arrested and during the investigation, 01 UBGL Grenade,
21 AK-47 rounds, 01 Pistol with Magazine and 06 Pistol Rounds were
recovered at their instances respectively ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Suhail Ahmad Dar, Aadil Hussain Wani and Aitmad Ahmad Laway,
were in contact with a terrorist of banned LeT outfit, namely Yawar
Ahmad Bhat S/o Abdul Samad Bhat R/o Punipora, Kulgam, who
provided the recovered arms/ ammunition and Grenades to them in order
to promote terrorist activities in the area ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Suhail Ahmad Dar, Aadil Hussain Wani and Aitmad Ahmad
Laway, were working as Over Ground Workers (OGWs) for the

been killed in an encounter with the Security Forces and the proceedings
under the law would abate against him ; and

Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below

received by the Police Station, Kulgam, to the effect that terrorists
identified as Altaf Ahmad Kachroo R/o Hawoora, Tawseef Sheikh

and Javaid Bhat R/o Ghat, on the directions of their self styled
commanders namely Syed Salahuddin and Riyaz Ahmad Naikoo, forcibly
entered in the residential house of one Farooq Ahmad Rather S/o
Mohammad Abdullah Rather R/o Ashmuji, Kuglam, with intention to
kill him, and the terrorists caused damage to his residential house,
besides, harassed his family members in order to create terror among
the general public. The terrorists after the commission of crime fired
some gun shots in air and escaped from the spot ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 183/2017 under
Sections 307, 452, 427 RPC, 7/25 Arms Act and Sections 13 (2), 16,
18, 38 and 39 of ULA (P) Act, was registered in the Police Station,
Kulgam, and the investigation, of the case was set into motion.
Subsequently, during the investigation, the offence under Section 7/25
Arms Act was dropped and Section 7/27 Arms Act was added in the
case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Rameez Ahmad Dar S/o Abdul Rahman Dar R/o Hawoora,
Mishipora, Kulgam, was arrested by Kulgam Police in case FIR
No. 04/2022 of Police Station, Qaimoh, and is presently facing trial in
the said case. During the investigation, no person of the name of Javaid
Ahmad R/o Ghat, was found residing in the said village and accordingly,
the instant name was dropped from the case ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, one more person identified
as Bilal Ahmad Bhat S/o Mohammad Amin Bhat R/o Katrasoo, Kulgam,
was found involved in the commission of crime. Subsequently, the
accused was also arrested in the case ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Rameez Ahmad Dar and Bilal Ahmad Bhat, were in contact with
the terrorists of HM, a banned outfit, namely Mohd Altaf Dar @

and were working for them, in order to promote terrorist activities in
the area ; and
7. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Rameez Ahmad Dar and Bilal Ahmad Bhat, were working
as Over Ground Workers (OGWs) for the terrorists of HM, a banned
outfit, particularly the terrorists viz. Mohd Altaf Dar @ Kachroo,
Tawseef Ahmad Sheikh and Farhan Ahmad Wani, and were providing
logistic support to them, besides, on the date of occurrence under a
well knit criminal conspiracy facilitated the said terrorists to carrying
out the attack upon Farooq Ahmad Rather and his family members
in order to create terror among the general public ; and
8. Whereas, the accused terrorists viz. Mohd Altaf Dar @
Kachroo, Tawseef Ahmad Sheikh and Farhan Ahmad Wani, have has
been killed in the different encounters with the Security Forces and
the proceedings under the law would abate against them ; and
9. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as shown

in serious injuries to him. The injured Police official was shifted to

of crime escaped from the spot ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 39/2022 under
Sections 307 IPC, 7/27 Arms Act and Section 13, 18 and 20 of ULA
(P) Act, was registered in the Police Station, Soura, and the investigation,
of the case was set into motion. Later on, the injured Police official

Sangam, Srinagar, succumbed to his injuries. Subsequently, during the
investigation, the offence under Section 307 IPC was dropped and the
offences under Section 302 IPC and Sections 16 and 38 of ULA (P)
Act were added in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared. and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, two terrorists of LeT/TRF,
banned outfit, identified as Adil Ahmad Parray @ Hafiz Adil
S/o Habibullah Paray R/o Badergund, Ganderbal and Basit Ahmad Dar
@ Kamran S/o Late Abdul Rashid Dar R/o Redwani, Qaimoh, Kulgam,
were found involved in the commission of crime ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Adil Ahmad Parray @ Hafiz Adil and Basit Ahmad Dar
@ Kamran, were members of LeT, a banned outfit, and on the date
of occurrence under a well knit criminal conspiracy fired upon the Police
official namely Ghulam Hassan Dar, at Aiwa Bridge, Soura, Srinagar,
which resulted death of the deceased person ; and
6. Whereas, the accused terrorist viz. Adil Ahmad Parray @ Hafiz
Adil, has been killed in an encounter with the Security Forces and the

SO-151.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1)
of Section 9 and Sub-Section (5) of Section 15 of the Jammu and
Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the
Government on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department, No. 1/2017-Tax (Rate),
dated the 8th July, 2017, namely :—
In the said notification, in Schedule I—2.5%-
i.
against S. No. 165, in column (2), for the entry, the entry
‘‘2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10’’ shall be substituted ;
ii.
against S. No. 165A, in column (2), for the entry, the entry

This notification shall deemed to become into force with effect

the notification of the government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance
Department S.O. No. 546/2023-Tax, dated the 19th October, 2023,
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
rescission.
This notification shall deemed to be come into force from 1st day
of January, 2024.

Jammu, the 7th of March, 2024.
SO–153.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of
the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.
V of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government
on the recommendations of the council, hereby notifies the following
special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in
manufacturing of the goods, the description of which is specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the schedule appended to this
notification, and falling under the tariff item, sub-heading, heading or
Chapter, as the case may be, as specified in the corresponding entry
in column (2) of the said Schedule, namely :—
1.
Details of Packing Machines.—(1) All the registered persons
engaged in manufacturing of the goods mentioned in
Schedule to this notification shall furnish the details of
packing machines being used for filling and packing of

packages in Form GST SRM-I, electronically on the
common portal, within thirty days
of coming into effect of
this notification.
2.
Any person intending to manufacture goods as mentioned in
the Schedule to this notification, and who has been granted
registration after the issuance of this notification, shall furnish
the details of packing machines being used for filling and
packing of packages in Form GST SRM-I on the common
portal, within fifteen days of grant of such registration.
3.
The details of any additional filling and packing machine
being installed at the registered place of business shall be
furnished electronically on the common portal, by the said
registered person within twenty four hours of such installation
in PART (B) of Table 6 of FORM GST SRM-I.
4.
If any, change is to be made in the declared capacity of
the
machines, the same shall be furnished electronically on
the common portal, by the said registered person within
twenty four hours of such change in Table 6A of FORM
GST SRM-I.
5.
Upon furnishing of such details in FORM GST SRM-I, a
unique registration number shall be generated for each
machine, the details of which have been furnished by the
registered person, on the common portal.
6.
Incase, the said registered person has submitted or declared
the production capacity of his manufacturing unit or his
machines, to any other government department or any other
agency or organisation, the same shall be furnished by the
said registered person in Table 7 of FORM GST SRM-I on
the common portal, within fifteen days of filing such
declaration or submission :
Provided that where the said registered person has submitted
or declared the production capacity of his manufacturing unit
or his machines, to any other government department or any
other agency or organisation, before the issuance of this
notifications, the latest such certificate in respect of the
manufacturing unit or the machines, as the case may be, shall
be furnished by the said registered person in Table 7 of
FORM GST SRM-I on the common portal, within thirty days
of issuance of this notification.

7.
The details of any existing filling and packing machine
disposed of from the registered place of business shall be
furnished, electronically on the common portal, by the said
registered person within twenty four hours of such disposal
in Table 8 of FORM GST SRM-I.
2. Special Monthly Statement.—The registered person shall
submit a special statement for each month in FORM GST SRM-II,
electronically on the common portal, on or before the tenth day of the
month succeeding such month.
3 Certificate of Chartered Engineer.—(i) The taxpayer shall
upload a certificate of Charted Engineer FORM GST SRM-III. in
respect of machines declared by him, as per para 1 of this notification,
in Table 6 FORM GST SRM-I.
2.
If details of any machine are amended subsequently, then
fresh certificate in respect of such machine shall be
uploaded.
This notification shall come into effect from 1st day of April, 2024.

Explanation.—(1) In this schedule ‘‘Tariff Item’’, ‘‘heading’’, ‘‘Sub-
heading’’ and ‘‘Chapter’’ shall mean respectively, a
tarrif item, heading, Sub-heading and Chapter as
specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff
Act, 1975 (51 of 1975).
2.
The rules for the interpretation of the first Schedule to the
said Customs Tariff Act, 1975, including the section and
chapter notes and the General Explanatory notes of the First
Schedule shall, so far as may be applied to the interpretation
of this notification.
3.
For the purposes of this notification, the phrase‘‘brand
name’’ means brand name or trade name, signature or
invented word or writing which is used in relation to such
specified goods for the purpose of indicating, or so as to
indicate a connection in the course of trade between such
specified goods and some person using such name or mark

Total packing capacity of the machine for a specific weight of package which can be packed would
be computed by System based on information provided in columns 8, 9 and 10.

Electricity consumption capacity of the machine to be provided in KWH.
(13).
Unique registration No. of the machine would be generated by System after filling the form. Structure
of the unique No. will be GSTIN followed by three digits.
(14).
Whether the machine is working or is at stand by. Accordingly, Y or N to be selected from the drop
down menu.
3. Table 6A : Amendment to the details of the machine already provided in Table 6 or amended thereafter to
be provided. After entering registration number of the machine assigned by the System in column 12 of Table 6, other
details of the machine would be auto-populated. The same can be edited wherever required. Certificate of chartered
engineer shall also be uploaded for the machines whose details have been amended if the particulars given in the certificate
uploaded earlier undergoes any change and the details of the documents uploaded should be given in Table 10. Any
such change in any of the details of the machine including its working status which needs to be amended, has to be
communicated within twenty four hours of the said change carried out by the registered person.

4. Table 7 : Details of the intimation of the machines furnished to other department have to be provided. Documents
should be uploaded in pdf format after making entries and the details of the documents uploaded should be given in
Table 10.
5. Table 8 : Details of the machines disposed of (supplied/condemned) shall be provided. After entering retgistration
number assigned to the machine by the system, other details would be auto-populated. Date of disposal and reason for
the same to be provided.
6. Table 9 : Details of the brands, packing type, HSN and description of the products manufactured to be provided
in this table. If there is any change in the information already furnished in this table, the details need to be amended
accordingly.
7. Table 10 : List of Documents uploaded :

Initial reading of the electricity meter in the beginning of the month

reading of the month. Reading of DG set used, if any should also be
reported separately, for reporting the reading of more than one
electricity meter or DG set, separate rows to be used. Also electricity
meter reading is to be given of the main meter of the manufacturing
unit in case separate meter for machines is not available. Solar power
mentioned at PART C pertains to only that generated through batteries
not integrated with the grid.

SO-83.––-Whereas, on 24-06-2023, the Police Station, Rajpora,
received a docket to the effect that a Joint Naka was established by

the Police/Security Forces at Bellow crossing, Pulwama, and during the
checking some unknown terrorists fired indiscriminately upon the Naka
Party, with their illegal arms/ammunition, with the intention to kill them,
but no loss of life took place. The unknown terrorists after the
commission of crime escaped from the spot ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 65/2023 under
Sections 307 IPC, 7/27 Arms Act and Sections 16 and 20 of ULA
(P) Act, was registered in the Police Station, Rajpora, and the
investigation, of the case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the
investigation, the offences under Sections 18, 23 and 38 of ULA (P)
Act were added in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that on
24-06-2023, two persons identified as Haris Nazir S/o Nazir Ahmad
Dar R/o Kachipora, Rajpora and Ehsan-ul-Haq Sheikh S/o Ab. Rashid
Sheikh R/o Murran, Pulwama, went missing from their residential houses
and carried out the attack upon the Naka Party. Subsequently, the
accused joined the terrorist ranks of LeT, a banned outfit, for carrying
out the terrorist activities in the area ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Haris Nazir and Ehsan-ul-Haq Sheikh, are members of
LeT, a banned outfit, and on the date of occurrence under a well knit
criminal conspiracy attacked upon the Naka Party at Bellow crossing,
and escaped from the spot ; and
6. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under

the accused viz. Haris Nazir and Ehsan-ul-Haq Sheikh, for the
commission of offences punishable under Sections 16, 18, 20, 23 and

SO-84.––-Whereas, on 07-09-2023, the Police Station, Kothibagh,
received a docket to the effect that a routine patrolling was conducting
in the area and during the patrolling at Residency Road, near S. K.

Park, Srinagar, a suspect while seeing the Police Party tried to escape
but was chased down on the spot and identified as Mohd Yawar Rengraz
S/o Ab. Rashid Rengraz R/o Firdous Abad, Batmaloo, Srinagar. During
his personal search, the Police recovered 01 Chinese Hand Grenade
from his possession ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 37/2023 under
Section 4/5 ESA and Sections 13 and 18 of ULA (P) Act, was
registered in the Police Station, Kothibagh, and the investigation, of the
case was set into motion. Subsequently, during the investigation, the
offences under Sections 20, 23, 38 and 39 of ULA (P) Act were added
in the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Mohd Yawar Rengraz, was in contact with a terrorist of LeT, a
banned outfit, namely, Momin Gulzar Mir S/o Gulzar Ahmad Mir
R/o Firdous Colony, Eidgah, Srinagar, who provided two Hand Grenades
to the accused viz. Mohd Yawar Rengraz, in order to promote terrorist
activities in the area. Subsequently, during the investigation, one more
Hand Grenade was recovered at his instance ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Mohd Yawar Rengraz, was working as Over Ground
Worker (OGW) for the terrorists of LeT, a banned outfit, particularly
the terrorist viz. Momin Gulzar Mir, and was providing logistic support
to him, besides, under a well knit criminal conspiracy procured two Hand
Grenades from the terrorist for carrying out the terrorist/unlawful
activities in the area ; and
6. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under

about the movement of some unknown terrorists in the area. Subsequently,
a Naka was established by the Police at Kanoora crossing, and during
the checking a suspect while seeing the Naka Party tried to escape

Wani S/o Ab. Gani Wani R/o Hariwani, Khansahib. During his personal
search, the Police recovered four blank posters of TRF, a banned outfit,
from his possession ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 132/2023 under
Sections 13, 18 and 39 of ULA (P) Act, was registered in the Police
Station, Khansahib, and the investigation, of the case was set into motion.
Subsequently, during the investigation, the offence under Section 18 of
ULA (P) Act as dropped from the case ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Zahoor Ahmad Want was working for some unknown terrorists
of TRF, a banned outfit, who provided the incriminatory material to
the accused viz. Zahoor Ahmad Wani, in order to promote terrorist
activities in the area ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Zahoor Ahmad Wani, was working as Over Ground Worker
(OGW) for the terrorists of TRF, a banned outfit, and was
providing logistic support to them, besides, procured incriminatory
material from the terrorists for carrying out the unlawful activities in
the area ; and
6. Whereas, on the basis of the investigation, the statements of
witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
Officer, has established a prima facie involvement of the below
mentioned accused for the commission of offences punishable under

and during the checking, at Chatti Patshahi, Gurdwara Paranpillan, two

suspects while seeing the Police/Security Forces tried to escape but
were chased down on the spot and identified as Mohammad Arif Channa
S/o Nazir Ahmad Channa R/o Stadium Colony, Baramulla and Zaid
Hassan Malla S/o Gh. Hassan Malla R/o Mohalla Mir Sahib, Baramulla.
During search, the Police recovered 02 Pistols, 02 Magazines, 29 Rounds
and 05 Chinese Hand Grenades respectively from the bags carried by
the accused ; and
2. Whereas, based on the above, a Case FIR No. 108/2023 under
Section 7/25 Arms Act and the Sections 13, 18, 23 and 39 of ULA
(P) Act, was registered in the Police Station, Uri, and the investigation,
of the case was set into motion ; and
3. Whereas, during the course of investigation, the site plan of
the place of occurrence and the seizure memos were prepared and
the statements of witnesses acquainted with the facts and circumstances
of the case were recorded under the relevant provisions of law ; and
4. Whereas, during the investigation, one more person
identified as Aftar Ahmad Lohar S/o Mohd Maqbool Lohar R/o Bair,
Ward No. 1, Fazalabad, Surankote, Poonch, was found involved in
the case. Subsequently, the accused was arrested and during the
investigation, 01 Pistol with Magazine and 04 Rounds were recovered
at his instance ; and
5. Whereas, during the investigation, it was found that the accused
viz. Mohammad Arif Channa, Zaid Hassan Malla and Aftar Ahmad
Lohar, were in contact with a Pakistani based terrorist of LeT, a banned
outfit, through virtual mode, who provided the recovered arms/
ammunition and hand grenades to them through an unknown person
in order to promote terrorist activities in the area ; and
6. Whereas, during the investigation, it was established that the
accused viz. Mohammad Arif Channa, Zaid Hassan Malla and Aftar
Ahmad Lohar, were working as Over Ground Workers (OGWs), for
the terrorists of LeT, a banned outfit, and were providing logistic support
to them, besides, under a well knit criminal conspiracy procured arms/
ammunition and hand grenade from the terrorists through an unknown
person for carrying out the terrorist/unlawful activities in the area ; and
7. Whereas, the investigation, in respect of other accused who
provided the arms/ammunition and hand grenades to the accused viz.

Mohammad Arif Channa, Zaid Hassan Malla and Aftar Ahmad Lohar,
shall continue to ascertain their actual identified and to bring out their
role/involvement in the case and the supplementary charge sheet against

witnesses recorded and other evidence collected, the Investigating
