government ordered to conduct Social Impact Assessment Study in the

instant case. As such, the Collector proceeded under compulsory mode of

acquisition. The Collector vide No. ACRU/LA/2024/7338879 dated 12-01-

2024 constituted a committee for conducting of Social Impact Assessment

Study;

Whereas, the committee visited the spot and submitted a detailed report

under rule vide No. TUDR/OQ/2024-25/1361 dated 22-08-2024. The report

reveals that there is no adverse impact of acquisition either socially or

ecologically. The committee recommended to proceed further in the

aforesaid acquisition;

Whereas, the Collector land acquisition issued a preliminary notification

dated 04-09-2024 for calling upon the objections from the interested
