Notification No. -15/2018 – State Tax

S.O. - 32 Dated - 30^th March, 2018-- In exercise of the powers conferred by

section 164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the state

Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of April, 2018, as the date from which the

provisions of sub-rules (ii) [other than clause (7)], (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii) of rule 2 of

notification No. 12/2018 – State Tax, dated the 30.03.2018, published in the Gazette of

Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 29, dated the 30^th March, 2018, shall come into

force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 23^rd March 2018.
