28.1 (a) The Engineer shall also extend the

intended completion date in any of the following

events:-

(i) The employer does not give access to

a part of the site by the site possession date

stated in the contract data.

(ii) Other contractors, public authorities,

utilities or the Employer does not work within the

dates.

(iii) Other constraints such as Public

protest,

unapproachable

working

site,

unforeseen circumstances and reasons which

cause delay or extra cost to the contractor.

(iv)

Force

majeure

(eg.Natural

Calamities)

or

conditions

beyond

the

control of the department.

2. Standard Bidding Document के अLतग,त जल संसाधन :वभाग वारा आमंNत एवं आमंNत Oकये

जाने वाले Jन:वदाओं तथा चल रहR योजनाओं पर उपरोSत संशोधन लागू होगा ।

3. इस संशोधन को जल संसाधन :वभाग के Standard Bidding Document मV कंGडका-28.1 के 6प

मV JतWथा:पत Oकया जाता है ।

4. उSत पर मंNप=रषद का अनुमोदन ाYत है ।
