संया 76/झार.-लो.स./2014-- यतः 7नवा9चन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है <क नीचे क=
सारणी के > त? भ (2) मA यथा Cव7नDद9E ट झारख ड राF य से लोक सभा के साधारण 7नवा9चन, 2014
के लए जो > त? भ (3) मA Cव7नDद9E ट 7नवा9चन HेI से हुआ है के > त? भ (4) मA उसके सामने
Cव7नDद9E ट 7नवा9चन लड़ने वाला L येक अM यथN, लोक 7त7नOधL व अOध7नयम, 1951 तथा तQीन
बनाए गए 7नयमS वारा अपेUHत उV त सारणी के > त? भ (5) मA यथादश9त अपने 7नवा9चन W ययS
का कोई भी लेखा दाXखल करने अथवा रY7त के अनुसार लेखा दाXखल करने मA असफल रहा है;
और, यतः उV त अM यOथ9यS ने, स? यक् सूचना Dदए जाने पर भी उV त असफलता के लए
कोई कारण अथवा > पE टYकरण नहYं Dदया है या उनके वारा Dदये गये अM यावेदनS पर, यDद कोई हो,
Cवचार करने के प_ चात् 7नवा9चन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है <क उनके पास उV त
असफलता के लए कोई पया9` त कारण या a यायौOचL य नहYं है ।
अत: अब, 7नवा9चन आयोग उV त अOध7नयम क= धारा 10-क के अनुसरण मA नीचे क= सारणी
के > त? भ (4) मA Cव7नDद9E ट W यिVतयS को संसद के <कसी भी सदन के या <कसी राF य/संघ राF य

ORDER
10th July, 2018/19 Asadha, 1940 (Saka)
No. 76/JKD-HP/2014-- Whereas, the Election Commission is satisfied that each of the
contesting candidates specified in column (4) of the Table below at the General Election to the
House of the People, 2014 from the State of Jharkhand as specified in column (2) held from the
constituency specified in column (3) against his/her name, has failed to lodge any account of
his/her election expenses at all or in the manner as required by the Representation of the
People Act, 1951, and the rules made thereunder as shown in column(5) of the said Table;
And Whereas, the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation
for the said failure even after due notice of the Election Commission, or after considering the
representation, if any, made by them, the Election Commission is satisfied that they have no
good reason or justification for the said failure;
Now, therefore, pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act, the Election Commission
hereby declares the persons specified in column (4) of the Table below to be disqualified for
being chosen as, and for being a member of either House of the Parliament or of the Legislative
Assembly or Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a period of three years from the
date of this order:-
