Memo No.- 08/Vividh (01)-70/2017- 5000-- Whereas the Governor of

Jharkhand considers it necessary and expedient that for the maintenance of the public

order and for prevention or preventing or suppressing subversive acts, special

precautions should be taken to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into the

places described.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section-3 (1) of the

Bihar Protected Place Act, 1979 (read with Jharkhand), the Governor of Jharkhand is

pleased to declare the highly sensitive places under Power Grid Corporation of India

Limited 765/400 K.V. Substation, Vill.-Gadgaon, PS-Itki, and Vill.-Tengeria, PS-Bero,

Dist.-Ranchi, Total-90.4 Acres to be protected places for purposes of the said Act.
