by the proviso to the Article 309 of Constitution of India, the Governor of the State of

Jharkhand has been pleased to make the following amendment in notified “Jharkhand

Subordinate Mining Engineering Service Rules, 2010”.

1. SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT:- These rules shall be called the

“Jharkhand Subordinate Mining Engineering (Amendment) Rules,2018” and they

shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

2. Rule- 15(i) of Part-V of Jharkhand Subordinate Mining Engineering Service Rules,

2010 is substituted as follow :-
