Notification No. 67/2018 – State Tax

S.O. No. 10 Dated- 24^th January, 2019-- In exercise of the powers conferred

by section 148 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the

Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the

Commercial Taxes Department, No. 31/2018-State Tax, dated the 21^st August, 2018,

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 58, dated the 21^st

August, 2018, namely:

In the said notification, in paragraph 2,-

(i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word “31^st August, 2018”, the figures, letters and word

“31^st January, 2019” shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word “30^th September, 2018”, the figures, letters and

word “28^th February, 2019” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 31^st December, 2018.

(i) खंड (i) म; “31 अग?त, 2018” शRद और अंक. के ?थान पर “31 जनवर, 2019” शRद और

अंक रखे जाएंगे ;

(ii) खंड (iv) म; “30 7सतंबर, 2018” शRद और अंक. के ?थान पर “28 फरवर, 2019” शRद और

अंक रखे जाएंगे ;

2. यह अधसूचना 31 VदसGबर, 2018 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
