Notification No. 5/2019 - State Tax

S.O. No. 31 Dated- 6^th March, 2019-- In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12

of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council,

hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the

Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, S.O. No. 50- State

Tax, dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary,

namely:-

In the said notification, for the portion beginning with the words "an amount

calculated at the rate of" and ending with the words "half per cent. of the turnover of

taxable supplies of goods in State in case of other suppliers", the words and figures,

"an amount of tax calculated at the rate specified in rule 7 of the Jharkhand Goods

and Services Tax Rules, 2017:" shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 1st February, 2019.

नयम 7 म5 8वनQदFR ट दर पर संग6णत कर क रकम का संदाय करने का 8वकT प ले

सकेगा” शI द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

2. यह अधसूचना 01 फरवर@, 2019 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
